Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Had a negative experience first , then Nicole from customer service helped us sort everything out and get the best out of our App. Smile.io have allowed our retail location to collect and retain more customers and allow for an enjoyable experience for our customers.

Support was great, was able to help resolve our issues quickly. Wonderful service. Very helpful to us.

Quick response to all the questions! I just wish the starter pack were a bit less expensive. But overall, the customer support and launching the app into my platform was easy and simple. Highly recommend

We've loved using Smile for our Rewards Program platform, it's easy to use not just for customers but for us as well on the back end. The customer service is quick, friendly, and helpful while getting the information across in an easy-to-understand fashion. Jade was extremely helpful in helping me make sure Smile was integrated properly into our other sales channels.

Only a few days in, but so far it's been a great user friendly tool! Integration is extremely easy and the support team is the best!
