Very prompt replies to questions and problems. My customers really enjoy the reward program and it is very easy to manage with Smile.

We just started using the Smile Loyalty and Rewards program and are about to launch, and loving it so far! Easy to use, and the customer support has been great. We are actually "starting over" and even that is easy, and we appreciate the help and feedback from the team so far. Thanks Smile!

This app is great! It seamlessly integrates with our Shopify store, mobile app and our POS locations. Plus our customers love the benefit of earning rewards. Their tech support is great as well! They are always available to answer questions and help with any issues.

Great app so far. All seems to be working well for my customers and it's very easy to use. Customer support is amazing. I've had to reach out a couple of times and they really do go above and beyond to help as much as they can. Highly recommend!

I am using the free plan because we are just getting started in our ecommerce journey. Already the app is super easy to navigate, very intuitive and user friendly. I had some questions about where the nudge feature would show up and Nicole was very kind, and answered all of my questions. When I expressed how I was already interested in upgrading to use all the fun features she offered us a free trial for the upgraded version! Now that is some customer service. Made me smile ;-)

I have been very happy with the rewards app, and the customer service is very good too. My customers give me good feedback about it and they enjoy spending their rewards and have started to use the referral scheme too.

I've used the customer support team a few times and they have been so helpful at answering my questions. They are quick to respond and very pleasant. I love this rewards system. It's easy to understand and set up. It's also easy to have customers redeem the points within the Shopify POS. I definitely recommend this rewards system.

I have been using smile for approximately six years for my business. While there have been a few hiccups, they have always helped me take care of those immediately and without incident. I love that they are expanding their program to make things run better for small businesses.

Super easy to use. Pretty much a set it and forget it app. When needed, support is quick and helpful. My customers love the rewards. When I had a question about the program (I have a legacy plan so I wanted to check to make sure everything was working.) Lisa took my question and forwarded it to Lynn. I was told it could take 24 hours to respond. Totally cool. Instead it was like 34 minutes. Lynn clarified all of my questions. Not only that, instead of upselling me, she assured me that I have all the features that I want and need in my legacy program. Amazing customer service all around.

We have been using Smile on multiple stores that we run and they have been amazing. Customer support has also been spot on. When it comes to "apps" it is VERY hit and miss. Dealing with Smile is completely "hit". Have no worries, they will treat you well and the software will function exactly as expected.

Awesome customer service! Big thanks to Jade for patience in my attempt to transfer my customer rewards from Wix to Shopify, I couldn't understand what I was doing but I was pointed in the right direction. Great app too, looks fab on my new shopify store!
