We have been using smile.io for over a year now and it has been fantastic! Loyalty programs in general are a great implementation for most e-commerce businesses but smile have been extra great because of their support. The ability to message in at anytime, all their agents are friendly, very knowledgeable and quick to respond which makes everything with this integration a whole lot easier!

We're just started to use the app and upgraded to the $49 per month plan in order to have a bit more control over the look of things. My favorite part yet is how responsive and helpful they are with the online chat.

This is the best reviews app out there. I tested numerous ones to see what works best, and this nails it. Don't use anything else. Expensive, yes. Worth it? 100%. Good app, great support. Lots of integrations. Thanks!

I couldn't be happier with the app. Setup is a breeze, customer service is exceptional and the app itself is outstanding. It looks great, is super easy to customise and the user experience is unmatched. Yes there are cheaper apps available, but none of them match smile in user experience and functionality

Has been amazing for our customers. The customer service is phenomenal. We spent a lot of time researching the best option and chose Smile. We're happy with the results. Just wish the pricing for the larger plans wasn't so expensive. Pricing keeps us from upgrading.

For my business, the free version of the app works for me since I cannot offer discounts on my products. I can easily update customer rewards through the admin panel along with managing redemptions and referral rewards! It is easy to use, and works great for what I need! In addition, what makes this program even better is the amazing customer service! Even though I am on their free version, they were able to quickly identify an issue in my theme.liquid file that was preventing the dashboard from displaying on my website! The customer service and support to get me back up and running was by far superior and I am now recommending this platform to my team to incorporate for their customer rewards! Thank you so much for making this product affordable for those of us that don't need fancy programs and for the amazing customer support!

Our small company had an issue with the fees associated with our Smile program, and even though it was almost 5 pm on a Friday afternoon, their customer service folks jumped right on the case and resolved it quickly, to our great satisfaction. As always Smile is amazing to work with. Joshua was kind, helpful, professional, and extremely personable. Felt like I was hitting up a buddy for some help and he was more than happy to do all he could. Our customers love our rewards system but I love working with companies who take care of their customers and Smile is definitely that. 2023 Update: Smile is still out here killin' it. Angie helped pull manual reports for us on a weekly basis over a 9-week program we ran. The team truly goes above and beyond - thank you Angie! 2026 Update: Literally still out here with the most helpful support in the biz.
