Customer service was very helpful and responded super quick. My challenge is with the customer user interface. It's not intuitive that customers should click on the 'Get Perks' icon in order to access their loyalty account. If I already signed up, I wouldn't need to 'get' perks - I would already have them. Maybe this is something that is fixed in the upgrade plans but for the basic plan, I found it to be counter-intuitive.

Good so far! We just started using the Growth account. Everything was fairly intuitive and we were able to setup in a few hours.

Great communication. Whenever I have a question the team is always available and responds within a reasonable time. I also really just love the app. It is really clean, seamless and easy enough for me and my customers to use. I look forward to adding on my features within the app.

Such a great experience with this app. The customer support is great and very responsive. They helped up migrate from another Loyalty app and answered all our questions fast and effectively. Thank you guys!

Love this app. It's really helped increase customer loyalty and it is super easy to set-up. Customer support is also fab and on-hand to respond quickly.

This app helps me reward my amazing loyal customers for their repeat business. The app is easy to use for someone not so tech-savvy. Customers also find it easy to use which is a must.

After lots of emails back and forth to find out when the full integration with Recharge would be coming into play (Smile don't have a mailing list to update clients, I just had to keep checking back), I finally spoke to Joshua who was really helpful and went through all the things I can do with Smile, and how to get set up. He was really helpful so I was really impressed and look forward to getting it all set up!

Does not work with Paypal: if you place an order with Paypal, the user doesn not receive any points. And it's not specified anywhere that it doesn't work with Paypal...
