Just set up the app, and contacted support and they were so quick to help. I was able to get my setup all completed, achieved what I was trying to do, and now looking forward to seeing the software work.

My site hasn't gone live yet but so far I am really impressed with everything. The app it's self has so many features which is awesome. Also, the customer service has been great so far. I had a question and Larry helped me out super fast. So far, my only gripe is that there isn't a rewards page template like Yotpo has. It would be nice if they offered one so I could have a rewards explanation page in addition to the lovely popup that they already have. I know I can create one but as a new user this is easier said than done. Overall though, this app has been great and the customer service has been killer!

Their customer service team is very helpful and the response time was really fast. With the help of their Tech Support team, I was able to figure out a solution to the issue I was having. So far, my experience with this app, has been great! I would recommend.

The Smile app is a great addition to our site and has allowed us to extend our instore rewards program to our customers online, including linking the instore and online experience via the API. The backend is easy to use, can be branded as needed and i feel i have more control over our rewards programme than before.

I have been using this app but seems the upgrade plan price is high , beyond the average rewards program. Even so, I could not send point reminder emails in the free plan thus by now it seems not doing much help for my flower business at the moment.

Great free features - amazing customer support. Was able to setup a rewards program in a day, and make the edits I needed to very quickly. Have not needed to upgrade yet but may do so for the email integration.

Their customer service is incredible. Even use their free plan, they still offer you a patient and helpful support. I really love this app. [Update: 29AUG24] Quick response and fix your problem in a short time.

I actually had a question about the app and I got directed to a bot, but within 1-minute it actually put me to an actual person, Larry. He was extremely helpful not only answering my questions, but addressing them and resolving them!
