Great App. I am using from last 3 month , so far no trouble at all. Smile customer care team also very supportive to solve all issues if it comes. Using for my online store and Instore Shopify POS . Easy to understand . Highly recommended

I am just learning to use it after watching the demo. The demo is good and the rep I have been communicating with is helpful. I think my customers will love this once I explain how it works.

Excellent Loyalty Platform with robust features and a wide range of integrations. Prompt response to queries and help from David, Lynn and Jade. All three have been fantastic with resolving any queries we have had.

The platform is very easy to use and the customer service represents and provided FAQs are extremely helpful when I'm looking to receive additional information or resolve any issues.

Smile.io is a great app to turn shop customers into repeat purchasers. The loyalty program make returning customers increase and increase the repeat purchase rate higher.

Smile.io has helped our brand build loyalty and returning customers, which is extremely important in 2022. We had some issues optimizing our program but David and the Smile.io Experience Team were SO much help. 10/10 Love it.

Happy with this program. Could do with some improvement with regard to functionality but I think this will improve over time. We will continue to use it. Are quite quick to respond to queries.

Easy and fast setup. I was up and running...and had a customer earn enough points for a reward within a few hours of setup! The online help staff with Smile is very friendly, fast, and accurate. Will recommend to other business owners!

App works great and value for money is really good. you have the most important options for rewards given. Only 1 integration for the medium price is a little downsized in my opinion. at least two would make the app much more workable. Customization options are great. The only thing Im really missing is the integration of a widget of smile in the page building process. So you could create a landing page where the customer has all access to all information for registration, see the balance, basically everything you can do in the launcher as of now. Shopfiy 2.0 now layed the path! Would be amazing to see! Shoutout to the support really quick and clever responses. Shoutout to Jake, what a legend!

We added this app a few months ago and the customer service has been AMAZING! They respond very quickly via messages and email. They also helped us build our plan that was just right for us. Our customers have also had a great experience. It is simple and easy to use

Extremely happy with this app. Integration was a breeze, their support is amazing. I have used the chat feature for a couple of questions, and within a minute I get someone online to assist me. I also integrated it with my newsletter and customer communication system and that was perfect too. I totally recommend this app!
