I uninstalled smile.io and then I RE-installed smile.io and they were insanely helpful with the re-integration. Major THANKYOU to Maria at customer support!

I've been using this reward program. It's been excited to see my customers redeeming the points they had earned to purchase more. This helps our customers to keep coming back! Also great customer service! They response really fast whenever I have questions! Hannah was so helpful and she gave me all the info I needed! Highly recommended!

Starting with shopify free plan to shopify plus plan I use smile.io and I can only recommend it! Super nice and helpful employees who immediately take care of you and even with extra wishes you will be helped immediately. About the platform itself: Of course there are cheaper alternatives, but the question is whether they are as reliable and thought out. Smile works flawlessly and you notice that this is a "quality product".

It's a good enough software for what it does, but god help you if you forget that you're being billed and ask for a refund since you stopped using the service. Totally my fault, but yeah, just a reminder that always double check your monthly charges every month so you don't have to ask for a refund and get turned down.

App builds loyalty to your repeat customers and allows flexibility to offer double points or triple points (easy manual adjustment) to reward your customers. 90% of my business is repeat customers so this app really helps me continue with that loyalty & reward and offer discounts based on their continued purchases.
