Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Good app, good response time to problems. Sometimes rewards are issued as a discount code, and sometimes as a gift card code. Haven't been able to figure out why yet.

The application is very good and works just as my online store needs it to. They also have excellent customer service.

Great App. Great support via live-chat. Analytics are not great but we only have the base version. Should still have cxv/xlsx export with base without fancy dashboards. Overall pretty happy with it.

I am amazed at how easy it was to import my customers points from another Reward app. Smile's app is intuitive, a breeze to add branding and customize. Even with the POS app - my current customer's points came through. The POS interface is simple for my employees - just a single click to add the rewards to a customer's order. Truly - I am as excited as them!
