Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

We have had a great experience with Smile and their customer service when needed. It's very user friendly, easy to customize or use right from the start!

Nicole was quick to find a solution and a tremendous help answering all of my questions! Very excited to have this for our customers as well as use this as a tool to boost sales online.

Still configuring my points program with Smile.io. It's very intuitive and easy to customize for your brand, and the few questions I've had were helpfully answered for me by Jade in the live chat. Can't wait to get it up and running on my site.

Both Joshua and Joana are top and have provided great service. I am still in the early stages but hope we can grow it so we can use their other paid services to get the full experience?

We have used this review since setting up our online store 3 years ago. At this point we will be looking at changing our loyalty point program. Anything less than Pro is not worth the money, and the subscription fees are out of control. We are frustrated with the lack of features in any payment plan other than Pro. We would happily pay a reasonable subscription fee for the app, but the Pro is an insane amount of money to pay for a mid-sized business, and the features in Starter or Growth are not worth it. I would recommend against other small/medium sized businesses using this app. I am glad the developers have found success with enterprise level businesses but they do not care or cater to anyone else.

I've been using this app for a while now and have been super happy with it. Easy to use and navigate. Easy for my customers to understand and outstanding customer service in a timely manner should you require any help! Highly recommend.

We use SMILE and it has worked very smoothly. The tech support has also been very helpful when we run into any issues.

Creating a loyalty program that could easily be set up and beneficial for our customers was key. We have a large audience and wanted to make sure that integrating Smile would be a smooth transition. I had lots, I mean a TON of questions. Although I didn't have a direct contact, I consistently heard back from Larry, who was always extremely through, patient, and made sure my questions were answered. We had a few delays in launching the program and Joshua quickly jumped in to help with more questions. We launched the program with over 150,000 customers almost seamlessly, the only concerns/problems were due to user error, but were really easy to walk the customer through. I would recommend Smile.io for your rewards and loyalty program.

Early days with using this app but the customer service, integration and interface have been superb. Used many, many plug ins in my time and somethings always difficult/a bit clunky. Yet to find any issues.

I downloaded Smile a few weeks ago and it has already helped generate sales. When I had a question, they're team was more than happy to jump in and help.

I needed some help with figuring out how my customers can redeem their rewards and the customer service team did a fantastic job helping me. They even created a nice graphic making easy for my customers to follow.

I had a small issue with uploading my customers previous points from my last rewards app. I hit Chat and Nicole helped me quickly figure out the problem. She told me exactly what to do to fix the problem and it worked. I successfully uploaded all my customers previously earned points, and I'm excited to set up the rest and see what Smile has to offer. It's great to know there's expert (human) help when you need it. Great so far!
