Overall their rewards system is working great for us. It's convenient and easy for our customers to understand. Whenever we encountered issues like points not reflecting, or customers not being able to log in, their customer support team is very responsive and helpful. They'll figure out what's wrong, will let you know what happened, and will fix it. Happy with our subscription!

Easy to use, simple to setup, and does what it's supposed to do with no issues. Support is responsive and resolves questions rapidly.

Over a year using the Smile app, and we couldn't be happier! The customer service is fantastic. Quick, friendly, and they fetch info for you without being asked. The interface is good for customers, we've had very limited tech issues with people signing up. Excellent asset to your Shopify Store!

That being said, I know our product team is aware that merchants are requesting this and are working to add this in the future. Please keep an 👁️ out for future product updates!

Great app! We just installed it a couple months ago and have seen some great activity, growth and sales. Very easy to use and has a solid UI experience. Highly recommend!

Been using Smile for our stores for over a year now! Our customers love it. Very easy to use and easy to integrate. Also incredible support - responsive and helpful team. Special shoutout to Lynn who we've also had the pleasure of meeting in person. Highly recommend Smile.

We're just in the infancy of using this app - but started exploring some other competitors apps - and ended up coming back to this one. It's easy to setup. But honestly, customer support is top notch and that's a huge selling point in our book.

Great customer service! awesome! It seems to be user friendly. I would suggest allowing customers to send emails out with referral reminders and also adding a Pinterest options for actions!

The app works well, you have limited customization without paying for at least the $49/month option, but the app definitely does what it promises and in a relatively easy to navigate way. Big fan so far, excited to see how it helps our bottom line!

It would be nice if the app would collect the customers birthday including birthyear, so shop owners know how old their customers are. It makes sense to collect this data within the loyalty program as people will only give this information for incentives like points or gifts. So please add this feature soon! It could be up the shop owner to set this as optional or mandatory field. Other than this the app is really good and working very well. Would definitely recommend!

We removed the birth year since that's not a requirement to reward customers on their special day 🤗 and fundamentally that decision was based on the premise that capturing a customer's age through the year is considered to be personally identifiable information.
