Great app and support and integrates with our main shopify apps so that's a big help too. Would recommend to other store owners as it has helped us make extra thousands of moolah

I just implemented the app today and had lots of questions. I've chatted live with numerous people throughout the day. They were all wonderful, ESPECIALLY MARIA!!! She went above and beyond. I'm so excited to start using this app.

As a new shop owner, I wanted to start a rewards program. When searching for a reliable one, I came across Smile and the set up made it so easy to start a program. As my business grows, I plan to upgrade some features soon.

Amazing app. Way better than the other rewards apps out there that I have used or interacted with. Customer service is A+++ and, if you're looking to transition from another Rewards platform, they're super helpful in making the transition super smooth.

I enjoy everything about this app. It is user friendly, offers tons of education, and the customer service is absolutely stellar. I mean who gets a live person at 11:30pm on a saturday night?! Fanfriggintastic ! I recommend this app to all of the merchants and business owners I come into contact with.

I have been using the Smile Rewards app in my shop for several years now and it is worth every penny. My customers LOVE the program and have mentioned repeatedly that it is one of the reasons they keep coming back to my shop. The app is easy to set up and use and any time I have had a minor issue support has always been super helpful (and quick to fix the problem).

So far, Smile has been incredible for our company. It's very user- and brand-friendly. I only wish I could snag our customer's birthdays from Smile to integrate into Klaviyo for our email flows!

If you have a developer, you should be able to retrieve the birthday from our API, and then populate it into Klaviyo using their API. We did a ton of research before choosing an app to enable a rewards/loyalty program, and I can confidently say 2+ years in that we chose the right one! Smile offers a great mix of value and features, and the team is always super responsive and helpful - going above and beyond to help you build your brand. The UI/design is unmatched by any other app at this price point (especially "out of the box") which is really important when establishing trust and strengthening brand recognition. I would definitely recommend trying them out (especially if you have a small team)!
