Nice and easy to set up, fingers crossed when I launch it, it works for me, hopefully it will encourage my customers to spend more and to refer their friends too

I think this is a great app and I am so thankful that it is free, thank you guys for making a free app which is super easy to set up and could really help a lot of people with their little shops. I have dropped a star because I actually installed this ONLY because i wanted to offer products that customers could redeem their points on - and from what i had read before I installed the app it seemed like this was available on the free plan. After going to the effort of installing it and setting it up I discovered that actually it isn't available on the free plan. I wish I would have known beforehand because i probably wouldn't have installed it. I am going to give it a go anyway, but now to get the functionality that I actually wanted I would have to uninstall this app and find a different one (because I will never ever ever ever be able to afford $200 a month for an app, which is what i would need to pay with this app to get the functionality I had wanted...)

It was very easy to set up. I m using it to get repeat customers and generate more referrals. It was very easy.

I tried out the free version to see if this app would be a good fit for my company. The app is absolutely perfect, aside from 2 major flaws - 1. You can not redeem more than one of the dollar amount rewards at a time on the POS. 2. There is no way to redeem points if other discounts are activated in the checkout on the POS. I am not going to penalize the staff, not letting them utilize their points they earned, just because they get an employee discount.

Love this app! Currently, we are using the free plan (which is perfect for a small business) and love the basic features, options for rewards, customer transaction history, and the ability to adjust points on individual accounts if needed.

We've gone through a ton of rewards apps but Smile is by far the simplest for the customer, the best integrated with other apps, and overall best for the price point. Definitely recommend if you are a growing brand with repeat customers.

Easy setup and straight forward app. I have high hopes for this add-on. I'll leave an update at some point. I wish the expiration tool was part of the entry paid. Micro businesses probably need functionality the most.

I wish the app would have an easier way for customers to redeem with the POS system. Rather than customers having to bring up their phone with a code, the POS should have a button to push to redeem rewards. It would be good to know let customers know how many reward points they have via POS.

We've been using this app for several months, and generally, it's a good way to manage your loyalty program. It's easy to set-up and the interface is nicely designed. The biggest issue we have is the pricing tiers. There's a big jump from the first paid tier to the second, and our only reason for needing it is that they limit integrations to only 1 for the first tier. They should really rethink this limit, put an additional tier, or create a nominal upcharge if you need more. As it is, the first tier makes it hard to really get everything out of the app, and the second tier is just too expensive of a jump to make it worth it. Also, the advanced analytics is only available on the second paid tier. They should really rethink this as I may be willing to move up in price if I could fully see how the program is performing.

We've been using Smile.io to power our points program for more than a year, and we love it. It's easy to implement and really provides us with a key pillar to our customer retention strategy. The return on investment is great and saves us a lot of time and money versus building it ourselves. Smile works so well that we haven't had much need to access their support team for help or resources. It was only recently that we reached out for with technical questions as we look to improve our site. We were so happy with our interaction with Smile's Help Team. They are responsive, courteous, and generous with their time and attention. This single thread of interaction really boosted our opinion of Smile: we learned that the company is more than software engineers, they are also specialists in providing quality customer service. We highly recommend that you go with Smile! Update: They continue to provide great customer service and attention when contacting support regarding issues or questions. Thank you so much!
