Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Very easy to setup before initial store launch, we'll see how it operates in real time but so far it seems promising.

This app is awesome and so is their employee Maggie who answered all of my questions. It's 5/5 stars with her, 4/5 without. Update: I'm moving it down to three stars since there have been a number of issues, and we are waiting to hear back from the the support team on this. Maybe with prompt response and resolution it will go back to a 5 start review.

Smile is an easy to install solution for a reliable rewards program on your Shopify Store. In addition, the support is excellent! They have a chat box on your app interface and help arrives right away every time. Maggie helped me today and did a terrific job answering questions and providing reports I needed. Thanks!

I have been using this app for some time and they have made many improvements. If you ever run into a problem they have a live chat option with a wonderful staff. I recently had some trouble creating a reward and Maggie was a huge help!

These guys are the best. I feel so taken care of. The rewards program works fantastically, and is very easy to setup, but their customer service go above and beyond to help you, Elli and Maggie especially.

Smile.IO has been awesome for us. It was super easy when we migrated from another rewards program, they took care of everything. When I asked about upgrading to the new platform they took care of all of it within no time at all. They even took care of designing our templates for us to fit our website. And followed up to make sure everything was to our liking. Would definitely recommend.
