Mediocre so far, expensive and pushy to review them. 3/5, understand these take time to develop a user base but due to the pay-to-play monthly fee it will be an expensive bill before anything too substantial happens.

This app does exactly what you expect, which is a sign of quality these days. Keep up the good work!

Very easy to use and my customers love it! Installation was fast. Customization is a breeze to match my branding.

I've been with this app for a couple of years now, and our rewards program is one of the best programs we could ever offer our customers. Our customers enjoy leaving reviews, doing referrals, and making purchases to get the points, and Smile.io automates just about everything so it just runs smoothly without me thinking about it. I hit a snag with a review app integration recently, and Maggie was amazing, helping me figure out the issue. This is definitely the company you should go with for a loyalty program!

I love this app so far. I just set up my rewards program and it was pretty easy. I wish there was a to create specialized categories for rewards but that may only be available on the paid one. Not completely sure, but hopefully I'll have great once my customers begin signing up!

I think the jump from FREE to US$50 per month is too steep. I have 300 people on my program and the FREE version is very limited and causes confusion so I have to upgrade but its a huge price increase. If there was a US $30 pm option for up to 600 members it would be much easier to build slowly.

I've recently launched my business and have done A LOT of research on the different rewards programs available. I'm loving the Smile app and all of the features that it has to offer. The Customer Service has been outstanding; I've received speedy responses and the issues that I've had were resolved extremely quickly. I also really like that they offer an educational component which has helped me to set the program up to integrate on my Shopify site and will help with growing my business. I have installed the app on my store - it says it is live, but you don't see it on my store. I contacted support on Thursday in regards to this issue, but still haven't heard from anybody. If they do contact me - I will update this review - otherwise it will be deleted.

This app is amazing! Our customers LOVE being rewarded for their loyalty. I would highly recommend getting this app.

They waited half a year to tell me their integration with Shopify has broken and their hands are tied. Instead of offering to refund $1200 for the months the program hasn't worked-- they waisted my time, my teams time and embarrassed us to our customers. Ten years with Smile. I get as they say "our hands are tied" they cant fix it etc. but choosing to continue to take my money then one day start talking about this issue as if everyones been privy to it? WILD. Bold choice. Our business with smile ends today and as their integration is broken I do not recommend you begin using it in 2025.

This app was really easy to set up and use! My only gripe is the cost of the premium content. Going from Free to $50 seems incredibly steep and out of reach for many small businesses. They need to have some sort of $10-20 option for a middle-ground.

Great app and fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting to increase revenue.

I have Smile.io set up to pay out rewards in levels $5, $10 & $25 but it will only pay $5 at a time and only one per purchase. Also, lately it won't connect to my POS so I end up giving the customer a $5 discount to keep them happy. Support isn't available before I go into work and I'm a small business owner with little availability during the day. There's no email address where I can send my concerns.

My customers love the App but there are a few things that are not intuitive. I reached out to Tech Support because I had two customers in the last week who had problems with their rewards. The Tech Support through the Chat was quick and efficient. They had to check on something to answer one question but I got a full answer and a video on how to educate the customer on the problem. I was impressed with their thorough response and effort to really try to answer my questions. Thanks!

It works great so far! Very simple to use, and it's practical for some sellers like me who has small budget but wants to get more functions.
