Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Downloaded this app last week and love it! Super easy to get started, and the customer support from Maggie was great - she resolved all my issues fast!!

This program is truly amazing. I did not expect so many functions, nor such a beautifully designed user flow for Loyalty points, Referrals and a system of rewards for them! Good job! Highly recommend

Just started using this on a friday afternoon - Noticed referrals in Google analytics on Monday morning - check the stats in the app to find that it had created 2 sales over the weekend! For repeat customers this is gold - have now enabled to the referral for a discount for both the current customer and the potential new customer - looking good! - I am really fusssy I what I review - if you have a customer base that love your products this could be watrh a literal fortune

This application was okay, but when they opened up the inter gratis season it became a great application...now it’s worth the cost

Very good customer support. We haven't implemented all the functionality yet but so far the app is very good and customers are signing up for the rewards. We will update our review in a few weeks once we have all the functionality set up.

The app is definitely working and taking off, it does take marketing on your end and an accumulation of time to pay off - for reference we have a very steady sales rate and a great return customer rate. I still think $59 a month is expensive even though yes, this does result in sales and people being able to earn and collect points is awesome.

We couldn't ask for more from a Rewards Program, tbh. They've thought of everything: VIP plans, Referral rewards, Behavior rewards...not to mention all notifications and layouts are fully customizeable. They also have an incredible support team. We love the app, and our customers love the rewards--a win win! Also want to give a special shout out to Katrina, our rep, who is thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgeable!

I am on the Free plan as indicated on my dashboard, but Smile has been billing my card for USD39 a month for the last 6 months! Something I never agreed to. This is completely ridiculous and amounts to fraud. So even if you are on their Free plan, check your statements because you may still be charged! I am now chasing to get my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP.

I have worked with smile.io since they were still sweet tooth ... and while the name has changed, the commitment behind the software definitely has not. It just keeps getting better and better. The team over the @ sweet smile (hehee, see what i did there?) ... the team has been nothing but top notch and professional. Turbo HIGH FIVES to Elli, Kellen, Maggie, Tyler and Stuart. I have had a few hiccups in the past .. most notably when migrating over to the new platform, but the team was SO quick to respond and make everything right. I am currently in the process of setting up VIP tiers and cannot wait to see how my customers respond. THANKS, (sweet)smile.io, looking forward to growing my brand with you! YAY!

The Smile.io team is awesome. Very kind, informative and patient. In less than a week we went from our first phone call to a tutorial and live action on our website. To us it was a true testament to how organized and professional they are. We have thoroughly enjoyed the service and will definitely use their other offerings in the future.
