We have been very pleased with Smile running our Coffee Perks reward program. We have used it for over 4 years. The integrations are great as well which helps us be more productive in answering customer issues. We are getting ready to push out the referral program to drive loyalty. I recommend this app highly!

Yesterday, I got an error message while trying to access the Smile app via Shopify, so I asked for help in Smile's website's chat window. Lisa answered and let me know that Smile was experiencing some database issues, but that the team was working on sorting things out. It was reassuring to get such a quick and transparent response, and also to be able to sign up for updates to the situation via e-mail. This morning, everything was fixed. I'm very pleased with Smile's customer service with regards to this issue, and glad to leave a positive review.

Setting up a loyalty program has been a big project for us to tackle for a long time. We did extensive research on the best loyalty programs for Shopify. We compared the super high offers of certain app developers and found we would pay so much each month without a complete program. We tried other loyalty apps from some lower-entry apps and had to deal with bugs, lag time, and errors. After suffering these disappointments, we reluctantly tried Smile.io and quickly regretted not starting sooner. Smile is a breath of fresh air! It took us over two weeks with other apps to attempt a complete setup, but NOT WITH SMILE. When I reached out to Smile.io's team for advice on setting up our program, Brandon was a lifesaver. We had our loyalty program set up in less than 24 hours. Brandon is a true genius! If you want to launch your program quickly and start re-engaging your customers, SMILE is the app you need. If you desire an on-brand loyalty program and want to save time and money, SMILE is the way to go. P.S. The results were immediate. Installing Smile.io saved our sales numbers that weekend. I don't have a lot of experience with the app yet so I am hesitant to rate it. But my experience reaching out to customer service to get help with early set up of the app was excellent and I would definitely recommend the app based on that alone - it can be so hard to get prompt and helpful customer service from a real human!
