I was a little frustrated at first by this platform being so new to me but I must say, the CHAT support is like no other!!!! Hands down - Best chat support EVER. I use a lot of platforms and there is no other support like this one. Quick to answer you but they also provide a guidance video for visual learners like myself to further help you. They'll send you a step by step message but if that is still too overwhelming, they'll go ahead and send a video guiding you step by step. Special thanks to Gen!!! Thank you for staying on until I completed the work.

We just installed this app and the onboarding was great. However, once the onboarding was done, the interface is a bit overwhelming at first. After a few minutes of frustration, I jumped on the chat and was almost instantly helped by Josephine S who then connected me with Joann C who was an SMS support specialist. Within less than 5 minutes my queries were resolved. This is truly a promising app. I docked a star just because of the interface lol (yes, I used the search box before I jumped on chat).

I had SMSBump for a while, then when it started sending bogus coupon links to my customers they could not fix the issue. It was jaw dropping. I stopped using them after that.
