Hi i would really recommend using SMS BUMP number 1 is the services and not far behind it is the chat support i was on the line with Joann C and in literal seconds i had my query sorted Thanks to Joanne C and SMS BUMP my problems are sorted :)

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Joann C. was prompt, showed me step by step how to fix my problem and provided everything I needed. I have used this app for about 2 years now, I recommend it for any new company, its the BEST for SMS Marketing!

Super great customer service. Jeff helped me to go through activating my account. I mistakenly updated the policies in the wrong place and he could not see them done. He guided me to the right place and waited patiently for me to do the corrections. Customer service is perfect. thank you! :)

Very good, they helped me right away on the chat support when I needed. The templates are easy to edit, just wanted a way to edit the default email template to be one an the same across all the emails.
