Unless app for anyone not based in US, the rates they charge for sending text messages to other countries is ludicrous and not stated anywhere prior to them selling you on a marketing plan, that once purchased and you realize the rip off pricing that was never disclosed prior... Wont be refunded as its a "credit" against your payment.

The design is very successful, it is very elegant and intuitive. I have been able to configure almost everything with little prior knowledge of the application. I also highlight this app for its customer support. He responds quite quickly (in 2-3 minutes), and they offer me solutions to all my doubts. They are also very patient, because I ask a lot of questions and I had a lot of doubts. Today, April 5, I asked them 3 important questions and they have been solved. They are very professional, respond quickly and efficiently. Today April 11, I made 4 more queries, and they were all resolved. I must be the customer who asks the most, hehehe.
