very good! nice and simple communication and the issue was dealt with very quickly. If anything the problem was at my end as my typing is not that great and this is all new to me but I was blessed with someone that was patient and communicated very well to make the experience very quick and easy. Thank you very much!

SMS BUMP has been super easy to use and navigate. I found the customer support especially by PL super fast and helpful. I tried klaviyo text and Postscript, both were difficult for support.

Gen is super helpful, very responsive and all in all the experience is very good! Customer service is always fast which is a huge plus. The only down side is the cost of SMS as a store that doesn't exist in the US and is considered as international. Would be perfect if the cost was lower.
