I needed help with getting my API key, and Joann C. was incredibly fast in helping me, and she was polite! Then I needed help with validating my number as well as figuring out where to customize my pop-ups for SMS, and Aleksandar V. was super helpful and friendly. It's 4:00 a.m. for me, so I thoroughly appreciated having someone available at that moment to help. Loving this app, and their customer service is top-notch!

For the support team and to the customers of SMSbump. I recommend Djan, he did what nobody els could do after "6 support members" trying to solve my issue Djan made it possible for me to continue using my SMSbump and my abonded SMS cart is now finally working.. he is and Will always be my personal support contact and I recommend you to contact him if you can aswell. Is he one fire!!
