Jeffrey was really awesome. We enjoyed working with him. There was a support person at first name Theodor or something similar to that - he wasn't very nice or helpful to us. We almost uninstalled the app because he was rude! Jeffrey stepped in to help us and explained how we could succeed with the app and we are grateful for his help.

As a new SMSBump user, this review is mainly intended to praise the clear structure of the App's features and how they work and most importantly to thank the absolutely spot on customer service in the 24/7 chat. Today I was assisted by Iven with clear guidelines and quick responses, I've rarely been assisted with such high standards. Note: I suggest adding a file-attachment feature at the bottom of the chat so that we can send multiple screenshots all at once and not have to receive permission to add one file at a time.
