Je souhaite utiliser SMS BUMP pour ma campagne de SMS concernant ma boutique Shopify. J'ai demandé l'activation de mon compte via le chat. J'ai été guidée pas à pas afin de finaliser les paramétrages manquants. On m'a indiqué avec précision les étapes à suivre en faisant preuve d'amabilité et surtout de patience. Merci.

Je trouve l'application SMSBump très réactive. En moins d'une minute, le service clientèle du chat m'a répondu. "Lord" a vraiment été à l'écoute, agréable, et très efficace ! il m'a correctement guidé, a été très patient avec moi pour m'expliquer ce que je devais faire. Il a m'a même parlé en français en voyant mon anglais catastrophique !!! Je mets 10/10. Je suis très satisfaite !

Excellent service from "Lord" (strange name) who helped me with some issues. It is not the easiest of software to use but the support is top notch so that helps a lot. The software itself is excellent and I would highly recommend it

This is a reliable way to send SMS offers to customers who sign up! And when I couldn't figure out an answer to a question, their support helped walk me through what I needed!

They have great customer support (PL is very friendly and helpful) and the app accomplishes what it's supposed to. Would recommend!
