i had questions about setting up campaigns and had trouble getting a popup for my website and contacted support and someone named "PL" helped me and let me tell you!! it was the absolute best service. my problems are solved! 5 star service!!!!

Horrible, messages don't send. Customer support literally ignores you when you have a problem. There are better SMS apps there, like PostScript, for example. Imagine having an issue and no one cares to help you solve it, while you're paying them.

I use this app to send promos, and build relationships with my audience. I love the app overall. I wish the scheduled text would go out on time sometimes there is an up to 10 min delay.

I actually really like this app. Better than the ones I have used before. Customer service is very helpful. There are a few hiccups I ran across that took some time to figure out, but an agent did help. The only thing I would consider are more options when it comes to using images in pop ups etc. I can upload fine; the images, however, show up rotated on different devices. Overall, app does an awesome job!

We just started using SMSBump for SMS and email marketing. The interface is clean and user-friendly even for beginners. The setup was straightforward, and where we needed assistance their team promptly responded and assisted us (special thanks to Gen. M). I definitely recommend it!
