Crashed all my website. lost sales because of it until I realized nobody could visit the website because of this stupid app. I'm using Ecom Solid.
Hi, The app does not actually modify or do anything on the front end of your store so most probably its another app or modification you did. Also based on our records you never contacted our support team, who will be more than happy to help you with the investigation

This app is super easy to use, and it was easy to look at all the analytics at a shot. The messages were highly customisable and I really loved it! The price and cost is reasonable too. Have spend about $40 to get back $1000. Amazing.

This app is really ridiculous, they charge 3 times for one Abandoned cart reminder, I will not use it again. be careful for new buyers, please read them help center carefully, you may be charged many times.

App came highly recommended within the various FB e-commerce groups I'm in, so I thought I'd give it a go - esp given it's largely free for my intended purpose (just abandoned cart sms). It's still early days (I only added the app yesterday) but so far I've been impressed by the quick and professional customer service, and the advice provided. Plus, despite only 4 sms's so far being sent, I've just had a sale off the back of one of them :)

This app is very useful for capturing customer's SMS! All of the features are a little bit overwhelming at first but when you take the time to go through everything, it actually becomes quite simple. The customer support staff is super friendly and helpful!!

Awesome and quick response team! Even if your not computer savvy they have easy to follow video's that guide you through each step. Great App!

Excellent customer service! I contacted them with an issue late at night....I totally expected to receive a response the next day. To my surprise the issue was resolved within the same night! amazing. Just great!

Gen was awesome and really quick. She provided me with a sheet of instructions to set up the account, they were easy to follow and complete. Gen then went back in and checked all was good and validated the account. Took all of 3 minutes .... SIMPLE

This app was decent (I found a bug after they ruined one of my promotions) but they moved features from the $19 a month plan to the $59 a month plan without any warning.

I used the app to help me with my marketing. To set up SMS text is a detailed process but the instructions are very clear and the chat help is speedy and helpful. I know this will help me with those that abandon cart as a follow-up that they will see right away on their phones.

I had trouble installing it because Im not tech savvy and PL from SMS bump replied instantly and helped fix all my problems. the app itself is great and the customer/ support system was top notch. so wroth it!!
