Installed this app, went to add funds, and found out I needed to be validated first. Seems I needed to add some text to my footer and Privacy policy in order to be in SMS/MMS compliance. Long story short, PL checked my account and I was approved to add funds in less than 60 seconds! Instructions to add the necessary text were dead-on and made it too easy...lol

Please be warned, if you make any type of change to your texts, it will erase your progress and you will start over. If you add a picture, it will erase your progress and you will start over. When you try to send a text and if more funds are needed, you will add them but the system will erase your progress and you will start over. You will constantly be copying and pasting into word or google docs so you can save your progress. This becomes very problematic when you paste in auto generated url's that then go nowhere when your recipient clicks on it. Service is very slow. Wanted to like it, but looking for other solution

The support team is super awesome and really hands on.. you ping them and they ping back right away with an answer... time zones really doesn't matter, that what customer service should be about !! I have just started out with SMS Bump and it is not only adding revenue to my business by assisting with abandoned carts but would also help me set up a hands-on customer service system !!
