Very helpful when i have a question. Always answers right away. None of this 24 hour stuff. Using for lost carts..and love it.

I downloaded this app to expand on my store. Harry went through the validation process and found some discrepancies with the legal side. He offered to remedy the issue and also included bonus info on how to build my business. Way to go above and beyond

cool app, I only use it for abandoned carts so far, but I have already seen a significant increase in profits. I recommend

I've been told about how powerful SMS marketing can be, and I believe SMSBump is a great way to get started with SMS marketing! It can be a little tricky to setup SMSBump, but the customer service is fantastic and do whatever they can to make sure you're all set!

I had a lot of issues setting this up, and was very frustrating. The support is amazing and they did everything to help me and walk me through the errors I kept encountering. Very helpful!!

I like using this app. It's amazing and helps alot. I recommend. This app helps alot, mainly after clients make a order. I like to send a message telling about order confirmation, this gives more credibility to your business.

The ROI is really high. Perfect app. I like this and share it with you. My orders become higher and the Conversion rates turn better. It can be set through time and automatically and then save us most of the time.

Experiencing the same problem with 19mileStore. Slow customer supports. Can't start my business waiting for their support! Fvck. Damn it.
Hello there! Stoyan here from the SMSBump team. I am sorry that you had to experience this. What happened was something that we were not expecting. Fortunately, it was resolved within the same day it was reported. As I explained in the other similar review, there was a minor technical problem in the connection between two services. The problem was resolved in a couple of hours and since then there are no issues in this functionality. Now that part of the system is greatly improved and this should not happen again. As for the slow support - usually we are pretty quick to reply, however, as you can imagine, we had a lot of requests on that day and we were a bit overwhelmed. I can see that the app is not uninstalled, so you should still be using it. If you do have any questions, feel free to reach out to us ✌️ UPDATE AUG 21st: We are still waiting for a feedback from the client.

I don't know why but the abandoned cart recovery is not working for me and I can't find any useful help from support :( Update August 22: It seems like they have new error on the system every week. This week, all my sms are failed to be delivered, and they still charge them. Can't wait to spend all my credit then delete this app.
