This app is amazing and the support staff is beyond helpful. Talk about deluxe customer service. They are extremely helpful and patient with a newbie like me who is always struggling with apps. Thank you time a million!

good app, but very slow customer service imo. it took over 40 minutes to validate my account but i guess i was a little slow too.

So far this app has done everything I needed it to do. Although I did have complications getting automation texts to send in the beginning, their support staff was there to help me every step of the way and in a timely fashion. Hopefully this app will help me bring in sales in the near future!

The app works just the way I wanted: I can automatically send texts messages to my customers. What I like the most is the text I can send to someone who left an item in his cart.

I think the free version is bs. I've been trying to complete this compliance garbage for 2 hours and all I get is error messages. DO YOU WANT ME TO PAY FOR THIS TO WORK?? WHY NOT JUST SAY IT RATHER THAN MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO USE THE "FREE VERSION" ON TOP OF IT THEY WON'T LET ME LEAVE THIS REVIEW UNLESS ITS 4 STARS OR ABOVE. WHAT A CON JOB THIS 0NE IS

None of the compliance requirements require you to be on a paid package, so I guess something was missed here. Feel free to reach our support team and they can guide you on how you can set up the app correctly. In addition, you can also check our knowledge base and blog posts. As for the review system - it is entirely managed by Shopify and we can only reply to them. Thank you!

I used this app for my new shopify store and it is great. It is very easy to manuever thru and set up with ease. I really didnt have a major problem with, especially, when time is limited - this app is basically very initutive to help you do what is required and get the job done for other things. Thank you!
