Splendid! Hats off to the amazing customer support by Harry and the team ! Literally would respond in matter of seconds, providing all required details, steps and guidance. THANK YOU. SMSBump is quite easy to get the hang of, all features are well presented and can navigate the app easily. Setting up campaigns and automations as well is pretty straightforward, and if any questions, their amazing customer support team will surely help. Pricing wise is very convenient, their sms rates are very logical as well as the monthly subscription packages. Even the free package gets you started off well to get around the app, run some campaigns and take care of abandoned carts. Truly, I couldn't ask for a better text marketing app and most importantly backed up by an amazing customer support.

I am going to be so furious if the message I just spent 2 hours on after I figured how to do it, has just vanished! I pressed test to have it sent and it is gone. I think it is just playing with me.. we save drafts for everything... I'm not even a tekki and I know that, and I know this was not created without a save for newbies to just loose everything. With a deadline in the morning. It is late and I have to redo this now... Nah. Not good.
