Just spent an hour on the phone with Chris. Not only was Chris exceptionally knowledgeable and patient, but he showed me some of the current industry best practices and ways to improve our SMS/MMS game plan. I had a lot of things I was doing wrong, and he showed me immediately how to fix them, even suggested some wording, and gave me some ways to improve it in addition to some credits to sell even more! The ROI as you've seen in the YouTube videos is absolutely real (we are in the tens of thousands as the USA target market texts literally cost us 1 cent for SMS and 7 cents for MMS). SMS Bump (and their helpful team) is a no brainer. Do it.

Service is very poor. I have been trying to get an answer on reporting of Orders for a three weeks and can't get a person to tell me. Repeating myself over and over and over again. Can't tell if the platform actually works on not.

A 5 minute abandoned cart automation works really well. You can add discounts and do 12 hours, 1 day, 2 day if you want to as well.

I think the overall functionality is A+. However, certainly some hidden prices within text lengths (be aware it is not 1.99cents a text in most cases).

From the time I opened the app, there was a chat waiting to assist me. No matter the tab I clicked on, Mike was there telling me about the feature. when I finally did have a question Mike was gone but P L wrote back in less then a min and answered my question with great knowledge. Im proud I got this app with my store. Customer service is everything for me
