I was thinking the process to get a validation is a pain lol but "PL" was a big help she simplified it for me and helped me steps by steps to make it quick and easy!!! also she waited on me to finish every single step! much appreciate it PL :D

PL was very helpful today. A subscriber was removed in error and she was able to recover the subscriber's info so that she could resubscribe.
