We have not fully deployed the app but it is showing great potential. User-friendliness comes to mind, and the support team deserves 6 stars out of 5. Onboarding with them is a dream!

One of the best features I like about the product is the fact that we can convert our customers into affiliates instantly, and show them their affiliate promo codes right on the thank you page, which I think is brilliant! Overall, simple, intuitive, and amazing product! And not to mention, amazing support and the team has been extremely responsive and very helpful. Tyler is the man!

This app is worth every penny. Social snowball has automated tasks that uses to take me hours on end. From onboarding affiliates, to tracking results, to seamlessly paying commissions in just one click- this app has been an absolute life saver for me.

This is a good app. Helps with auto payouts compared to other apps where you have to manually do the payouts.. Support was really helpful to customize for us since we already had affiliates we were working with.

All I can say is WOW! An amazing platform with an amazing CEO behind the company, I recently switched to Snowball after seeing all the hype on twitter, the on boarding process was a smooth sail, after you sign up - the founders put you in a slack channel to answer any questions and they respond as fast as humanely possible - lots of care and a strong foundation behind an amazing service!

I've been using this app for a few months. The idea is brilliant but there are quite a few bugs to beware of. The support is pretty responsive but it takes them ages to iron out bugs as they pop up. When we launched our program the Klaviyo integration didn't work properly at all and it took 4 weeks for them to actually make it work. They have "creatives/emails" that you can send using their platform but the text is really gamie and you can't change it. I recently noticed they started sending automated emails to customers even though the settings were off. It's confusing for our customers as they get a Klaviyo email and then a crappy social snowball one too encouraging them to make an account in their platform -another thing that really should be store brand able. I mentioned it to support 3 weeks ago and thought they turned it off only to find it was still on. If your a small store that doesn't really need a product to have a strong branded experience this app can do the job. If you want to customise your messaging and touchpoints to be a smooth experience unfortunately this app needs more focus and dev support. Also support is based in Asia but works on California time so if your not there expect waiting the whole day for a response. I'm giving this a 3 as they do listen but the fact that customer facing bugs pop up and stay around for more than a week is painful as you're trying to build an e-commerce experience that rocks.

Great support! Software is simple to set up. Codes are stored nicely in a folder in the discounts tab on Shopify.

Social snowball is a great app. I was having a difficult time managing the payouts of my affiliates but I got helped by of the support guys, Duaas. He made sure that my issue will be taken care of and will connect to the payment providers connected to my account. Thank you!
