Social Snowball was easy to install. Everything went smoothly and is easily customizable. The app walks you through each step from signing up to customizing the sign-up form to the thank you page feature. Excited to build my affiliate program.

Social Snowball has been super helpful for our company's affiliate program. The platform is totally user-friendly, modern, and I love the automations that make my job a lot easier! The customer service is also always quick to help whenever I need assistance with something.

Cool app. Had some issues figuring out how to make it smooth, but went on a call with their staff and it was all sorted out. Great app, super easy to use and best of all, it works ;)

This app is a favorite in the arsenal. Noah and the team are very responsive and running a great product. It looks and functions well. I’ve seen them add features since I started using the app so no doubt it will keep getting better and better.

We installed Social Snowball and could not be more pleased on offering an affiliate program now to our customers. It is a great way for us to get our most loyal customers rewarded for sharing how much they love our coffee and teas and also get their friends a discount when buying from us. The installation was super easy and getting us started took just a few minutes and we had the program set up. The app has the integrations we were hoping for with Klaviyo and also Postscript SMS Marketing and that fits perfectly with our marketing strategy. We had a few questions to customize it to our specific needs and the support team is super responsive (within minutes) and had all our questions answered in a simple chat immediately. We are so happy to have been able to add this new additional value for our customers in our online store!

The app appears to have some good things going for it. However there are some negatives that need resolving; first and foremost the emails that the app sends to new affiliates need to have an edit feature. Currently the wording is not editable and comes across a bit overbearing and pushy with crazy looking emojis which is not conducive to sites that cater to older and more professional clientele.

Thank you for your review. Although currently you cannot edit the text in our out of the box email sequence, we do encourage merchants who want to customize this text to use our Klaviyo integration (or other ESPs through Zapier such as Mailchimp or Omnisend) which allows you to fully customize every aspect of the emails sent to your affiliates. If interested, a team member would be more than happy to help set this up for you. We do plan on building an in app email editor down the road. - Noah
