We haven't launched it officially yet, but in the course of set up they have been very responsive, fast and adjusted a few things for me and fixed one of my mistakes. So far, impressed.

We've been using SparkLayer as the B2B version of our D2C website for about a year, and it's fantastic. The support team is crazy fast, and their documentation is really helpful. Happy to recommend them!

Angie was very helpful with a timely issue. I much appreciate her quick response and resolution of my issue. So far this app has been great, and if I've had a problem, it's been fixed immediately. Highly recommend.

The onboarding process was very simple and I am a complete novice when it comes to anything web dev. Simple integration. I think the stock count features are very helpful and being able to set rules around minimum order value for cetain tiers is an excellent feature.

The support provided for their product is above and beyond. They worked very hard to not only implement a solution I needed for our store, but also took the time to show me how it was solved. I appreciate that kind of service that includes not only the solution, but showing the work aslo. Thank you all at Sparklayer!

Simply the best B2B app you can find!! A multitude of features, a polished design, an ultra-comprehensive and easy-to-use dashboard app. And to top it all off, a top-notch team: available, responsive, and efficient!!!

Sparklayer is an amazing app if you want to dive into wholesale without the hefty Shopify price tag. It is pretty straightforward to configure but when you run into problems, the team is very responsive and able to help. They also reached out when they noticed I hadn't been using it for a while so customer success is a really important part of how they work. I especially love Sparkie who, unlike other apps AI tools, actually seems to know what she's talking about. No false advice on app capabilities or sending you down the wrong road here. I've been really impressed with Sparklayer and would absolutely recommend.

Great app for managing a B2B shop. The system is simple and there are numerous settings. What's more, customer support is very responsive and efficient. If you're looking for a way to manage a B2B shop, I can't recommend this app highly enough.
