Though we had a bit tricky constellation (retailer section with special discounts and shipping fees and also section for clubs to order free brochures) this app was the perfect solution for us. Especially with help from a very dedicated customer support (thanks again, Cameron!) we are now able to run our b2c shopify-shop finally also for b2b customers. Very glad it works!

This app has helped our business so much. Allowing us to efficiently handle Service Members & Dealers all in one. It's great that they allow you to set group specific shipping rules. The developers/support team are also incredible. It's real people for one & they take our requests or issues seriously. They have done several app improvements since we have been utilizing SparkLayer. Keep up the great work!

The SparkLayer team are incredibly helpful. They fixed an issue we were having promptly and also worked with us to refine how the app elements display on our site. Outstanding support and customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend working with SparkLayer to add B2B functionality to your shopify site.

I strongly recommend this B2B app, we've tested many of the B2B apps offered on Shopify Store and to be honest, nothing comes close! The support is amazing. Keep up the good work :-)

Great app, great support. Really. The team has been super involved to answer every question that I had (and I had quite a lot!). I recommend Sparklayer 100%.

SparkLayer adds essential B2B features to Shopify without the high cost of the native B2B plan. The app is easy to use, the documentation is detailed and clear, and the support team is friendly, extremly fast, and very helpful. Definitely recommend it for everyone looking for B2B solutions!

Been loving Sparklayer so far! Their support is fantastic, from the very beginning stages of researching which app works best for my store, to complete set up. This app makes a huge upgrade for my b2b customers shopping experience than my last website/setup.

How can something like tiered pricing be complicated to set up? I definitely do not advise this app. They also did not respond to our questions, only AI-generated replies. I’m tired of AI chatbots. And while our store was not live, we were charged 5 months total of 250$. It was saying free plan till we get our store live. unbelievable.

While the initial stage of setting up tiered price lists is currently manual, we provide full onboarding guidance and would be happy to jump on a call with you to go through this. It looks like a few members of our team have reached out since you raised an initial ticket. If you’d be open to giving us a second chance, you can simply reply to their emails, and we’ll go from there. We're sorry for any misunderstanding around pricing and are very happy to discuss this if you're open to exploring SparkLayer again.

We haven't launched it officially yet, but in the course of set up they have been very responsive, fast and adjusted a few things for me and fixed one of my mistakes. So far, impressed.

We've been using SparkLayer as the B2B version of our D2C website for about a year, and it's fantastic. The support team is crazy fast, and their documentation is really helpful. Happy to recommend them!
