Great experience! The app does everything it says and more. There are so many ways to personalize our store via code changes that it feels custom-made - but for a very affordable price. We operate as a multi-language store selling to both B2C and B2B customers, and this app is a game-changer! On top of it, their customer service is above and beyond. They also provide a monthly update with bug fixes and new features. Truly a must-have in the B2B game. The only thing I would improve are added features so that we don't have to use other apps to manage B2B-specific shipping rates and B2B customers sign-up forms with approval. Thanks for everything!!

Absolutely love this app. It allowed me to bring a whole new avenue of revenue into the website by allowing retail stores to purchase through us with this B2B wholesale setup. I have an independent rep who sets up the stores and then the retail locations can access any info they need from the site, or just purchase in bulk at wholesale. The whole process was pretty easy with just a few learning curves. Any issues or learning processes were clearly explained and the customer service, Rhys and Chris, were exceptional throughout the setup and beyond. They even helped with a little customization without any hesitation. Thanks.

A great solution for B2B/Wholesale Shopify Stores. SparkLayer is a great interface that enables a lot of functionality that makes B2B selling a better experience. Took a bit of time to get it set up completely but the SparkLayer team was always available to answer any questions/roadblocks that I faced. Overall, I would recommend this if you are considering optimising your B2B store experience

We are very happy with our experience with this app! We aren't the largest business out there, but we are growing rapidly, and this was the best solution and easiest for us to use to provide our customers tiered pricing options! The support is also outstanding! They have answered and helped us through any and all questions/concerns. We are very particular with what we use, but would definitely recommend this app for others!

This was, without a doubt, the best app-expierence we have ever had!! With SparkLayer you build a B2B platform in just a few hours and his has everything you could possibly want, fully integrated with your Shopify B2C shop, your inventory, etc. Even more impressive then the app itself, is their customer service. Really unseen! Fast, super friendly, helpful and skilled. It feels like you engaged a specialised company with a dedicated staffmember. Companies like this make it fun to build a business!!! At my previous job I was a Product Owner for a B2B E-Commerce solution. We went deep on understanding customer pain points and built a bespoke solution from scratch. It took around 12 months and a big budget. When I came across Spark Layer I genuinely thought it was too good to be true, because it solved 99% of our pain points via an app utilising our existing D2C website assets. Even when Chris and the team were helping us to complete installation it felt like there had to be a catch... but it never came. I genuinely can't believe how good this solution is, offering brands an easy way to service their B2B customers without having to build anything new. Love your work, team!

We've sold B2C for many years and when adding a B2B channel looked long and hard at the options. In the end we've chosen to build a standalone Shopify site with Sparklayer added. It's VERY good. The UI is thoughtful, the processes are clear and the support excellent. It has everything we need as a smaller company and everything we might need were we much bigger! This is one of those bits of software where you can tell a very skilled team has thrown everything at it, no half measures. I'm writing this because I appreciate that basically! I like paying for good software!

I never write reviews and actually hardly ever believe these ones are real but I felt compelled to write one today. I can't yet speak on how good the app is at being a wholesale solution. I think it will be great. What I can talk about is the customer service levels. Incredible. Chris helped me all weekend with some tricky implementation. So grateful and has my site looking great. Can't wait to start using the app to see what it's made of. I'll be back with an update when I do
