SparkLayer B2B & Wholesale

We are a small brand expanding to new markets and need flexible pricing to meet the requirements of our B2B clients. We recently had to adjust a whole new list of recommended retail prices (RRPs) and discounts for a single client. Initially, I thought it would be a complex task, but with some help from Ben in Sparklayer support, we were able to fix it all in less than an hour. This app is suitable for businesses of any size that are looking to expand! We have been using it for a year now.

Super Service! Selbst am Wochenende wurde die Installation rasch durchgeführt. Bestellt am Samstag und erledigt am Sonntag! Die sehr vielen Features, selbst beim günstigsten Abo, sind mehr als ausreichend, jedoch muss man diese auch erlernen. In 2 Tagen habe ich meine B2B-Area aufgebaut und die ersten Bestellungen mit Partnerhändlern testen können. Das Onlineshop-Overlay ist einfach stylisch, super zu bedienen und das Backoffice ist auch verständlich! Grandios und Kompliment ans SparkLayer-Team!

This app is exactly what we needed to run both our B2C and B2B platforms from our Shopify Store. The setup process was very quick, and you can have your B2B site up and running in a very short time. I had a few questions during the set-up process and the onboarding team was always quick to respond and extremely helpful. If you are looking for this kind of app, SparkLayer is definitely the way to go.

Sparklayer has been one of the best choices we made. We needed a wholesale solution that was more polished and professional than some of the other options on the app store, and spark layer delivered. They also helped integrate our theme without me ever touching the keyboard, with no discernable glitches or bugs. And, when we did find some funky interactions with other apps on the retail side, their team did all the work to remove these for wholesale customers. 10/10 would sparklayer again.

The resources, reference material and support that this app provides is amazing. I am not an expert web developer by any means but I have been able to do some amazing things with Spark Layer because of how well they've documented their how-to's and user manuals and references etc. A couple times I've needed to reach out to them directly for assistance and firstly, their AI chatbot has been able to get me 90% of the answers I need but when I've been stuck, a real person responded very quickly and helps me get the rest of the way. I was helped today by Daniel and he was super helpful and was able to trouble shoot a coding related issue I was getting nowhere with. He figured it out and I was able to move on with my day! Thanks Daniel!

I don't think I've ever had so many issues with an app not functioning properly in my life. The fact that there is such a major time difference makes it impossible to get immediate help. So its always wait for a few hours, sometimes not quite as long...and then they come back with a fix that they haven't actually looked at the whole problem. So tired of this. I have this app on 2 stores because I didn't want to run a 3rd site, but now I am regretting that decision and will probably just pay for another site and cancel these both after paying someone many hours of work trying to get this to work properly.
