Cette application me permet de créer un back-office PRO. L'application est bien faite et fonctionne bien. Ce que j'apprécie particulièrement, c'est la réactivité de Rhys, le directeur technique. En effet, il réponds très rapidement à toutes mes demandes par mail et il m'a beaucoup aidé pour la configuration de l'application. Je recommande donc sans hésiter à tout ceux qui veulent créer un site spécial gros volumes !

The most comprehensive B2B app once you've got it set up. So handy that it operates on your existing site. Excellent customer service also.

Having tried a few B2B apps, this one stands out as the best performer by a long way. It's on the same site as my retail business and integrates like it was built for my site. UX for the customer is excellent. Other apps feel like you're building a site around their features, this one takes your retail experience and gives it a B2B boost. Administration is very easy and the support team are excellent. This is a very well thought out solution for B2B on Shopify.

So I haven't been using a lot of other B2B apps but I hope that doesn't effect on how you look at my review. Installing requires a bit of coding, and if you're not very skilled there's a great onboarding meeting that can be booked. It's quite easy to import prices and make adjustments regarding looks and feel of the app. Then to customer support, SparkLayer offers really good support. It's quick and service minded. I would highly recommend this app to any kind of business who would make B2B easy, quick and good looking :-) ✨ UPDATE. I want to add a sixth star. SparkLayer offers even more help with coding than before and this is just an amazing sales chanel for every wholesale company!

After one of our existing wholesale platforms planned to shut down we decided to look into using Shopify as a new platform for our customers. Having looked at the various b2b options we were recommended and chose to go with Spark Layer. Their team helped us integrate the app with a new Shopify account that we set up and walked us through all the stages of getting it to a full working version. Admittedly it took us a little while to get my head around how to use it properly but I think that was coupled with us being new to Shopify as a platform as well. All the functionality of what we needed is in the app, which we are using across 2 websites, and the pricing is extremely competitive in comparison to existing wholesale platforms. There have been a few minor bugs but the team have been very quick in response to fixing those problems, along with helping in general to getting our shop setup. Extremely good customer care!

We chose Sparklayer to add a simple and easy-to-operate B2B channel to our e-commerce website. We had fantastic support from Sparklayer's team and it works flawlessly. Highly recommended to all companies willing to quickly add B2B sales to their existing B2C website.

We were searching for a B2B solution that was able to handle our complex business structure and Sparklayer has been a breath of fresh air. Sparklayer easily transformed our website into a true wholesale experience for our customers. The onboarding and support throughout was fantastic, extremely responsive and every question was met with a solution. Some of the features that are in the pipeline will significantly improve our customer experience as well as our own efficiency. I started using this app and so far so good! It has a lot of potential that no other apps have as a wholesaler right now as far as more detailed and therefore user friendly for your customers. If you have a lot of variants involved like clothing or products to sell, they can cater to that. Customer service is also set up efficiently well so they can help you answer any questions you have.
