At my previous job I was a Product Owner for a B2B E-Commerce solution. We went deep on understanding customer pain points and built a bespoke solution from scratch. It took around 12 months and a big budget. When I came across Spark Layer I genuinely thought it was too good to be true, because it solved 99% of our pain points via an app utilising our existing D2C website assets. Even when Chris and the team were helping us to complete installation it felt like there had to be a catch... but it never came. I genuinely can't believe how good this solution is, offering brands an easy way to service their B2B customers without having to build anything new. Love your work, team!

I never write reviews and actually hardly ever believe these ones are real but I felt compelled to write one today. I can't yet speak on how good the app is at being a wholesale solution. I think it will be great. What I can talk about is the customer service levels. Incredible. Chris helped me all weekend with some tricky implementation. So grateful and has my site looking great. Can't wait to start using the app to see what it's made of. I'll be back with an update when I do

Being able to offer a Shopify website experience to our B2B customers is a real game changer for our business. The end users are provided with a MUCH improved UX, our internal team can maintain the site with ease, and moving forward we look forward to benefiting from the ever evolving SparkLayer functionality. Cette application me permet de créer un back-office PRO. L'application est bien faite et fonctionne bien. Ce que j'apprécie particulièrement, c'est la réactivité de Rhys, le directeur technique. En effet, il réponds très rapidement à toutes mes demandes par mail et il m'a beaucoup aidé pour la configuration de l'application. Je recommande donc sans hésiter à tout ceux qui veulent créer un site spécial gros volumes !

The most comprehensive B2B app once you've got it set up. So handy that it operates on your existing site. Excellent customer service also.

So I haven't been using a lot of other B2B apps but I hope that doesn't effect on how you look at my review. Installing requires a bit of coding, and if you're not very skilled there's a great onboarding meeting that can be booked. It's quite easy to import prices and make adjustments regarding looks and feel of the app. Then to customer support, SparkLayer offers really good support. It's quick and service minded. I would highly recommend this app to any kind of business who would make B2B easy, quick and good looking :-) UPDATE. I want to add a sixth star. SparkLayer offers even more help with coding than before and this is just an amazing sales chanel for every wholesale company!

We've been using SparkLayer B2B for a few years now and it's been a really practical tool for our business. New functionality is constantly being added and the customer support is excellent! Highly recommend.
