Considering going Shopify Enterprise plan just to get the wholesale features?? This is the only wholesale app that does it all - i've tried them all. Costumer service is also by far the best for any of our 25 apps installed to our store. Fast, friendly and problem solving attitude. Love it.

One of my downfalls is focusing on perfection instead of "good enough" and setting up our wholesale process took much longer due to trying to find the right set up and workflow. There were many options. Plus for $2k/mo, other softwares that were pretty pricey. All were "good enough" but there were always gaps between how we wanted the store set up, the pricing options, and even connection to a CRM. Once I found sparklayer, they checked all our requirements and allowed me to get our wholesale store set up in 48 hours, fully gated behind a login. Once you get used to setting up metafields for products, the flexibility of this app becomes obvious.

Sparklayer and aerply had a challenging start. This was mainly due to numerous misunderstandings. After having a call with Sparklayer and explaining our issues, they addressed our concerns 100%. Stop looking for anything else in regard to a hybrid B2C / B2B Shop App for Shopify. This is the App you seriously want. - Best Customer Service ever (prompt replies, fast integration, custom made solutions) - Most natural UX design from all b2b apps out there - Great Development Road ahead for all core features you are looking for in B2B Stop wasting time with other apps like we did. The app works perfectly, just as described. We had the support team install it on the store, and they had the installation and setup done within 30 minutes after contacting them! Really impressed with the support team in general, always quick to reply and extremely helpful.

Customer support has been PHENOMENAL, consistent, and extremely helpful. Without them, we couldn't have successfully integrated Wholesale into our store. Kudos to Chris and Cameron for being top-level service providers!

I am still getting things set up with SparkLayer but so far the experience has been extremely pleasant. I have a very unique and customized storefront so it isn't easy getting new things integrated into my coding but the team here has been SO HELPFUL. They are still working on making there app more customizable with file uploads which would be AMAZING but until then, they were able to find some workarounds for my storefront to still be successful.

This App is a game changer for any business' selling B2B. Stop wasting your time with other apps or building a separate wholesale website (the mistake I made). After just an hour or so of use, this app become very easy to navigate and understand. I read through all their onboarding docs and really appreciate how the Sparklayer team has thought about any issues you might run into and provided helpful solutions. I reached out to Alex because I had a few additional questions and he was beyond helpful and also made some strategic recommendations as to how I could maximize the features of the platform.
