** HAVING ISSUES WITH BFCM and no one is around to help! App is not working correctly on the busiest days of the year. loosing sales fast. highly frustrated! I do love this app and have had it for several months now. While it is a great app, it does have its problems. The app creates bundles and helps with up sells, which is always a plus, but the issues lie with coding, and unless you are an expert it can be hard to maneuver. If you use bundling or Buy X and Get Y settings, you loose money because it takes the discounts from the highest cost product, not the lowest. The Free Gifts are slow to pop up causing the customer to become irritated and abandon cart. While customer service is helpful the problems have not been resolved as of yet. I have been told it is a work and progress and they are aware, but no eta. For the money I am paying for the app, these should not be an issue. Meanwhile I will continue to loose profit and customers. Looking for a new app to replace this one now. Will see which one happens first, the fix or new app.

Awesome app! It's a bit tricky to set up but their support team was super helpful and responded to my email within a few hours. We had some syncing issues but as soon as we got in touch, they were able to resolve the issue and we were back in business. I would honestly install other apps by them almost just for the support alone - they were helpful, understanding, and quick to solve any issues I had. One of the most pleasant experiences I've had with an app team!

I love how easy to use this app is! I tried another discount app and it was way more complicated. I'm not a techie girl so any app that works easily and gets the job done is a dream! Support was awesome for the minor theme issue I had. This makes life so much easier and I wish I had found this 5 months ago before dealing with the constant hassles of the Bold QB app. Super easy and quick to use.

Very good app, very customisable and exactly what we need! Support team was brilliant too, had some trouble setting up on a certain theme and they fixed it up without a problem. Would definitely recommend.

I have tried all the gifts app, they are for the most glitchy and or do not do what I want. This app is so far perfect. I had a few snags in the beginning but the staff was able to quickly fix my issue and teach me the proper way to use the app. Not to mention they were able to work with me over night and also during business hours which was amazing. Thank you!

This app was exactly what we were looking for in order to facilitate our promotions. I had a couple of glitches during the trial and after emailing support a couple of times they helped me to get it working perfectly. Great features, great support! My only want is that the ability offer shipping discounts with USO discounts!

I've used a lot of apps for myself and for client's websites. Special Offers is one that I have installed on almost all websites. The promotions you can do with this app bring back a lot of sales. And they usually take about 3-5 minutes to activate. A few clicks and one entire collection can offer bundle deals. Three more clicks and you are giving away 15% on a specific product variant. There are a lot of options but all focused on easy promotions. Installation is usually quite easy too (unlike some other promo apps out there). We did come up with one hiccup on a new theme that came out and one email to the support team and 12hs later it was all setup and working properly. Highly recommended for the price!

Best $49/month I`ve ever spent hands down. This APP opens my shop up to unlimited capabilities. It integrates to my theme seamlessly without any coding and does not duplicate items to mess up your inventory. "Buy X Get Y" allows me to run sales I was never able to do online. "Volume Discount" pricing gives me options to sell items at a bracketed price break with the additional option of only allowing a selected customer with appropriate tags to see it. My special contract customers can now buy items at a fixed discount or fixed price right on very same website where regular customers does not have access to. "Upsell/CrossSell" lets me suggest related items or accessories where it wasn't possible before. A few features just to name a few. I am speechlessly impressed with the capabilities. You won't be disappointed, Thank you Marius and the Supple Apps team!
