Russel is an amazing tech support. I love how easy to push products to my store. I don't like that I have to pay to talk to my vendors though.

I haven't been using Spocket very long but so far so good! Their site does crash sometimes randomly but it's not a huge issue.

What can I say, its a world class products provider but it will take your time to navigate around what you really want and picking up a niche!

Sprocket made it easy to find quality items shipped from the US. Since I'm just starting out, I needed a simple solution to get up and running with good products and Sprocket provided that.

Decent experience, a bit too complicated catalog for my tastes but overall decent. Not sure I like the fact that delivery times are big..

This app seems like it is really helpful, products just seem a little pricy. They dont have a huge variety of products.

02/12/2022 ---I had to give the app another fair go to be able to give a fair and honest review. This app constantly has errors when trying to push products from the import list to your store. It usually happens starting Friday at 4pm est up until Monday morning. The only thing i see good about the app is the filter to filter out the shipping from and shipping to state. besides that it has been a headache for sure. You would think customer service and technical support would be available but it takes days to get some real support. The in app chat is pretty useless ...updated 2/14/2022-- Michael made sure that he did everything he could to resolve this issue. He got my account back up and running correctly and now i am able to import again. Thanks Michael and best of luck to you. I am still going to give Spocket a fair chance once again. As long as shipping times are what they have listed on the different products i think we will do business for a very long time.

Prinz was great. There was a bit of a delay, but once we connected, we got right to business. My star rating is because we had to do some troubleshooting, and I needed to clarify at each step what needed to be done in what sequnce. We reimported an item via AliScraper and got it properly listed and priced. So, we're ready to go!

Spocket has decent customer service, a simple and easy UX, many products are of higher quality than the stuff you’d find on other dropshipping platforms, and they have lots of US suppliers. On the other hand, supplier product base costs are quite high most of the time so your profit margins are usually pretty slim, making it challenging to build success, however, it should be noted that this is typical of the industry overall. The Aliscraper tool they advertise will only ship products to the USA, but it’s challenging to find information regarding that limitation on the Aliscraper page in your Spocket account or on the Chrome Web Store page. So, heads up if you had plans to ship products imported via Aliscraper internationally. Product variants/inventory aren’t always accurate so when you’re browsing products to import into your store keep this in mind. Sometimes a product will appear to have inventory but you won’t find out that the product inventory is actually zero until you import the product or make a sale and try to fulfill the order. While this is likely a supplier issue where the supplier fails to accurately disclose their inventory value, Spocket, being the facilitator, should have quality control measures in place to prevent this. My biggest grievance with Spocket in that regard is the amount of time that I end up wasting adding and optimizing products that technically don’t exist anymore. It often makes it feel really challenging to trust that the information presented is something I can take at face value. I’ve learned to be a little skeptical and cautious when navigating the app in this regard and I have to test the entire customer journey from purchase to fulfillment to actually receiving the product and verifying quality before I can confidently promote a product on my store. It can be incredibly time-consuming and I wish there were more quality control features in place to streamline this process. Compared to other dropshipping apps like Oberlo (now retired) or Modalyst, I still think Spocket is better but it seems the lack of quality control one can have as a dropshipper is universal among most platforms. Despite some of these issues, I do have to point out that the Spocket team has continued to make improvements to the platform over the years and I do believe they equip their dropshippers with better resources and opportunities for success than other dropshipping apps. Additionally, their customer support is in my opinion, the best among all the dropshipping platforms I’ve used and I believe they have a genuine interest in seeing both dropshippers and suppliers alike succeed. While perhaps not perfect, I would still recommend Spocket above other dropshipping platforms because it is generally a superior product and because the company has demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement.

I like the fact that the merchandise comes in various shapes and variation. My major concern is price in comparison to competitors.

I like the app. My only issue is with some of the suppliers' descriptions of their products. ie. I would like to sell this item: https://app.spocket.co/products by Tam Prometheus. The variants are 1 pack and 2 pack but there is no indication whether the 1 pack contains two tumblers and/or how many tumblers are in the variant listed as 2 pack. I ask this question in anticipation of my customers' questions.
