Millie was absolutely fantastic in my on-boarding weeks and has been lovely to work with her. The program has been a god send and has made our shipping process so much more efficient. We had a few little niggles but easy fixes and the support has been great - happy indeed!

Customer care and service is appalling. Have had an issue with dispatching partial shipments for 3 weeks. Their support team is looking into it but is showing 0 urgency in resolving the issue. Emails are going unanswered for days. We have 500+ orders and counting which cannot be dispatched and still no solution or updates from the StarShipIt team. This has occurred over Black Friday and during our Christmas peak trade. If you need a reliable provider, this is not it. Run!

Star Ship It has been an excellent integration tool to avoid double handling and save time in fulfilling orders from our Shopify website. Millie was an excellent and very efficient onboarding helper, always checking in on us.

Adam our onboarding expert was the best part of integrating with Starshipit, he made is so easy to join, to set up and was so quick to respond back to queries and concerns. The app is great and allows us to easily collate all our orders without inputting all the customer's details into a courier site. It has helped us save so much time!

Good but could be great. + support is excellent + onboarding + easy to use - app is buggy on Mac. I need to use online portal. - direct print does not work for mac - expensive for small business - unable to book pickup for teamGE Please fix the Apple app.

Generally very useful app for most carriers. Very quick to print. However there are some technical issues and bugs that come up once in a while that take time to fix - best to have a dedicated team meber to manage Starshipit implementation to fix these as they come up. Ron from Starshipit has been very helpful in onboarding us and our carriers. I generally recommend this to business that want visibility and flexibility in their shipping & fulfillment.

Millie has made my onboarding process exceptionally seamless, saving me plenty of time and effort - and really taking the time to understand my business and it's needs. We should have made the move to Starshipit sooner! We've been extremely happy with the functionality of the app, which has saved us a large amount of time each day with our fulfilment processes. Having the ability to set up auto rules and connect multiple carriers has been a game changer. One key feature we love is the ability for the platform to choose the right carton size for our shipment, saving us money across our shipments. A huge shout out to Ron for our onboarding and making integrating a breeze.

Australian based store here. We use a combination of international eparcel and domestic mypost business. I've tried other shipping platforms and had issues, but StarShipit has been refreshingly simple to set up and a powerful tool. It has dramatically reduced the amount of time it takes to completely fulfillment which is vital for a fast growing business. I am also able to import csv files for Kickstarter rewards. I was able to complete most of the onboarding myself and when I needed assistance with the final settings, they were very helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

I've been very impressed with Starshipit throughout our trial. We're still evaluating whether it meets our business needs. There are a few quirks and idiosyncracies, but it delivers probably 95% of what we need now and into the future. The onboarding has been great, though. Holly has been able to answer questions about our specific needs and has been very responsive throughout.

She had incredible customer service, and we were blown away by her support. We couldn't have done it without Mille and i couldn't recommend her enough if you're looking at moving to the platform. We have had the most seamless, smooth sailing experience whilst onboarding with Starshipit. We were allocated a specialist for the first 6 weeks and they were so efficient and proactive with any questions we had (thank you Millie!). Their customer support is next level, as are the Starshipit features on the app. Super easy to navigate and very reliable.

So great to have a local shipping company! Great support, simple and quick to use for our team. 2 months on and the onboarding specialist still reaches out to ensure everything is running how it should. Love that we can automatically assign parcels to certain carriers. No extra costs for using our own couriers. Big thumbs up!

The customer service is 5 star. Once everything was set up the process for shipments is seamless. Highly recommend.
