This app is very intuitive and easy to use. It has saved us hours of time on dispatch for our e-commerce business already, and I can see as we grow it will add even further value to streamline our back-end processes. I was blown away by the professional support received from the first point of contact through to the onboarding. Thanks Sahan and Millie!

Would never sync all of our orders. Tried everything in support even using their debug tool to manually sync and it would keep skipping orders. You can't trust this program to manage your shipping if it loses orders.

Starshipit and their team (especially Millie!) have made transitioning to the platform so seamless, it has honestly been the easiest integration for our e-comm business. Starshipit is saving us so much time manifesting and dispatching orders- we love it! Would recommend to any e-comm business looking to streamline their operations.

I give them a big fat ZERO stars for support. Their claim, "5-star support and onboarding included with every plan", is overstated. Don't expect any assistance from support; go straight to the FAQ for support....

At Starshipit, we support 3PLs by giving them flexibility to tailor setups for their clients, which can differ from the direct onboarding we offer independent users. Fabulous app, we do not have many online orders, however whenever we do it's a breeze! We have run into a couple of hiccups here and there, but the support from the StarShipit Team, specifically Millie, has been fabulous in resolving all the issues.

I have found the app to be very useful and easy to use. It saves a significant amount of time in processing orders for our business. Millie provided an excellent onboarding experience, making it simple to set up and start using the system. I would definitely recommend Sharshipit to others.

The transition to Starshipit (from another shipping program) has been well worth the effort. As is the case with any logistics changes there were a few hurdles to overcome but the onboarding team (Millie in particular) were extremely helpful, and communicated well throughout the entire process. If anyone has the opportunity to work with the Starshipit team I would highly recommend it.

This app saved our business 100's of hours during Black Friday 2024. I wish we discovered this app sooner than we did. We are now working with the pick & pack app which will further save time for not only our team, but ensuring our customers receive their order quicker.

Millie was absolutely fantastic in my on-boarding weeks and has been lovely to work with her. The program has been a god send and has made our shipping process so much more efficient. We had a few little niggles but easy fixes and the support has been great - happy indeed!

Customer care and service is appalling. Have had an issue with dispatching partial shipments for 3 weeks. Their support team is looking into it but is showing 0 urgency in resolving the issue. Emails are going unanswered for days. We have 500+ orders and counting which cannot be dispatched and still no solution or updates from the StarShipIt team. This has occurred over Black Friday and during our Christmas peak trade. If you need a reliable provider, this is not it. Run!

Star Ship It has been an excellent integration tool to avoid double handling and save time in fulfilling orders from our Shopify website. Millie was an excellent and very efficient onboarding helper, always checking in on us.

Adam our onboarding expert was the best part of integrating with Starshipit, he made is so easy to join, to set up and was so quick to respond back to queries and concerns. The app is great and allows us to easily collate all our orders without inputting all the customer's details into a courier site. It has helped us save so much time!

Good but could be great. + support is excellent + onboarding + easy to use - app is buggy on Mac. I need to use online portal. - direct print does not work for mac - expensive for small business - unable to book pickup for teamGE Please fix the Apple app.
