We just moved to Starshipit and it has been the most amazing experience all due to one of their team members - Millie Whatuira. Mille from the Starshipit team was flawless. She had incredible customer service, and we were blown away by her support. We couldn't have done it without Mille and i couldn't recommend her enough if you're looking at moving to the platform. Thank you Millie!

We have had the most seamless, smooth sailing experience whilst onboarding with Starshipit. We were allocated a specialist for the first 6 weeks and they were so efficient and proactive with any questions we had (thank you Millie!). Their customer support is next level, as are the Starshipit features on the app. Super easy to navigate and very reliable.

So great to have a local shipping company! Great support, simple and quick to use for our team. 2 months on and the onboarding specialist still reaches out to ensure everything is running how it should. Love that we can automatically assign parcels to certain carriers. No extra costs for using our own couriers. Big thumbs up!

Lots of problems. We've been onboard for over a month and still having issues. Definitely not the smooth process they made out it would be.

The team at Starshipit have been extremely helpful from day one! No question of mine was left answered and the follow up to any (small) issues I did have was amazing. Millie was my account manager and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly for me. She jumped on calls and took me through demos, and made a big effort to support me. We've had a great experience using the Starshipit app! The features are solid, but what really stands out is their customer support. The team is incredibly helpful and responsive. Whenever we've had a question or issue, they’ve been quick to assist and always provided clear solutions. Their support makes managing shipments so much smoother. 10/10 experience onboarding with Starshipit. Millie has been incredible at setting me up and I am saving hours that I used to have to manually upload labels into Aus Post. It's been a game changer. Big recommend from me!

Starshipit is absolutely brilliant. It has streamlined our entire shipping process and allowed us to have all of our couriers in one location, clearly showing who is the cheapest/fastest option. The integration side of things was also so easy! We had so many questions and Geoff always had the answer or found out what was needed. Even with the time difference he went out of his way to get back to our many, many emails. Everything is running smoothly and the whole process was so, so simple with Geoff helping us out.

Starshipit has made things super easy and automated - It's a no brainer when it comes to implementing ways in my business to help simplify shipping. My Onboarding Consultant was Millie and she is an absolute legend. Always bubbly, fast responding and knows what she is doing. If you get Millie you have definitely hit gold.

I would recommend Starshipit for the ease of shipping and the support you receive. Millie has been fantastic and has been very quick to respond to all our enquiries. Starshipit has really helped us streamline our processes.

Not really happy with Starshipit due to a few issues: - It's not fulfilling all of the Shopify orders, so we have to manually fulfill them. - When I change the default courier, it takes at least a day to update. - We can only bulk print with one default courier, but we use two, so it's very time-consuming.

A power feature of Starshipit is to import Shopify orders and create automation rules, removing the need to manually assign couriers. The Starshipit Support member has made unauthorised charges on my account for shipments that should never have been reprocessed, I have explained this in detail to her and asked her to refund me for these charges and she has completely dismissed me saying "No it doesn't double charge you" and I've shown her the proof of being double charged. I have used Starshipit since 2019 for different companies and without a doubt, it is falling into failure in this most recent experience. I used to be able to talk to someone on the phone for all the issues that arise - and my goodness do they arise frequently - but now that's impossible. Sorry to write such a keyboard warrior review, something I loathe people doing, but in the context of them spending my money and creating labels without my consent (on preorders as well that can't yet ship, yet now my customers have been told have shipped - cue me spending ages fixing this)... I have to say something and try and get their attention as the support person is dismissing my request for a refund.
