The customer service is fantastic, and the app really does do it all
Currently have over 900 orders not writing back to shopify - seems to have a meltdown every Xmas with the volumes and breaks down. Every year for past 3 years someone in their team has manually updated my system so that the hundreds of orders show as fulfilled...but now no one knows how to do in Starshipit, so I am stuck myself working through 900 fulfilled orders from shopify that are showing as unfulfilled, individually checking each one has been delivered in starshipit - then marking as fulfilled in shopify - what everyone wants to do on a sunny sunday afternoon.

So happy I made the switch from Shipstation to Starshipit. It is 100% better in every way. User experience, speed, customer support, set up. It's still early days but so far so good. All 10/10 thank you! I do wish it was a little more synced automatically with Shopify orders in live time with new orders and fulfilment. But it isn't a worry compared to the positives

This app has been very useful so far in regards to a shipping platform. I’ve had minimal issues and when they arise, the customer service team is quite prompt in getting back to me with a resolution. I would recommend starshipit

If everything worked as it was meant to this would be an amazing app. The problem is when there is a problem (which there are quiet a few) the customer don't care team just fob you off with excuses.
Thanks for your feedback, after discussing with our support team it would appear that the courier configuration issue on your account has now been resolved and you are able to ship successfully, we endeavor to help our customers resolve queries with our partners as quickly as possibly, on this occasion the time to resolve didn't meet your expectations and we have shared this feedback internally to ensure we always improve our customers experience
The app is creating a lot of manual work on our end due to an important "write back" feature no longer working reliably. Instead of addressing this problem and creating a workaround or developing a solution - their customer service continues to provide me with the same lame answer for several weeks now. First they failed to inform their paying customers that newly implemented limitations by Shopify might cause their software to no longer perform the way it used. This in itself is pretty terrible customer experience. Second they are not interested in working on a solution but keep sending me a copy & paste template advising of all the steps I now need to undertake on my end to fix this issue. Seriously?

Excellent app, we searched and tried other fulfilment apps but found Starshipit to be the best for what we were looking for. Customer support has also been fantastic, in most cases the team were more helpful than our main courier who need a lesson in customer service from the Starshipit team.

We decided to give StarShipIt a go to simplify the process of printing labels than how we were doing it previously. From integration to helping with any questions along the way and giving us a longer trial period to get our heads around how the programme worked, Nikita McCarthy has gone above and beyond. We have used StarShipIt for a couple of weeks now and it is so easy to use and saves us so much time.

Our small business decided to upgrade to starship it approximately 6 months ago - and we are loving it so far! It has simplified so much of what we do in our warehouse when it comes to our online store. And Elyza, our starshipit contact has been amazing! She could not have been more helpful through the process of setting us up, and still today is ready to answer any questions we fire at her. I've used all of the major shipping integration apps over the last 8 years and Starshipit is the best of the lot. You honestly cannot put a price on having local, responsive customer service (there's nothing like needing to ship a few hundred orders and having radio silence from your shipping partner based overseas!).

Incredible customer service! I was having trouble getting a few things set up and within 5 minutes was able to hop on a zoom call with Elyza who ran me through everything! She was so kind, accomodating and helpful! One of the best customer service experiences i've ever had! Don't make you speak to robots or wait on hold for hours! So happy with Starshipit and Elyza in particular!
