I have been with Stock Sync since its early launch. Since then, many new connectors have been added making this a versatile app. This app allows us to get inventory update via automation. I would certainly recommend this app.

Been using this app for a couple years and it helps keep my inventory fresh. Support is great and they will help you setup your price file so that it's automatic. Worth every penny.

Great app that is super versatile in how it can accept and perform stock updates. Massive time saver and the support is great. I feel there is something missing however - We receive stock updates from our suppliers. We have the feeds set to put an item out of stock if there is no match as sometimes suppliers just leave a SKU off the list if it's out of stock or discontinued. I think there's currently too much potential for an automatic feed to go wrong if a supplier changes something on their file which causes the matching to fail. Ideally the app would hold off on doing something stupid - like putting all items in a feed out of stock - and send a notification to check it first. Currently this doesn't exist so we're having to check the feeds manually. I've raised this with the devs and hopefully they can implement something to solve what I think is missing functionality in an app like this. RESPONSE TO DEVELOPER REPLY: No that doesn't address the issue. If either of those options are chosen and the supplier changes their file format and columns are not matched, Stock Sync will put all items in that feed out of stock. I've reached out to you about it again and hope you can implement a mechanism to stop this from happening. UPDATE Nov 2021: Updated from 4 to 5 stars. The Stock Sync team has implemented a halt to the update if more than 80% of products in a feed would be set to 0. Along with a warning email to let you know. Now we no longer have to baby sit our stock updates hoping our suppliers didn't mess with the columns of their spreadsheet without telling us. Perfect!

The best app to use for your inventory updates. Since all of the California port stuff I was struggling with inventory updates. Not anymore Stock Sync now is dealing with it for an affordable price!

Excellent customer service and the app works like a dream, once you know the proper setup. You can use it to both add products and update products according to a schedule. And the price is very fair.

These guys are worth more than 5 stars!!!! Customer Service is a rare commodity these days and these guys have it in spades. I have been building Shopify stores since 2012 and the current store for aftermarket wheels with almost 30,000 skus was no small feat especially with Shopify's limitation on Variant Options. We probably spent 3-4 weeks working on this and the best way to import so the wheels would group correctly into one single product page. The persevered with me and were in contact daily as they tried every option to achieve our goal. They figured this out and even credited credits for the import. I would recommend anyone needing to import CSV files to try this app. Thank You to Jor and Raj and the rest of the Stock Sync Team.

This app has saved us hours and hours of work every day. Its really the best app to sync inventory among two stores and sync inventory across market places. The customer service is great, if you cant get things right in first go, just contact them and they will help you with that.

Stock Sync helped me synchronize inventory data between my Shopify store and my suppliers. It was easy, with just a couple of questions for my suppliers and few steps in the app, my store is now displaying critical inventory data to my customers. It's a great addition to my online store.

We are sorry for the bad experience. We did do the feed setup as you have requested and we ONLY request you to run the process to see if it works as you wanted. The Add Feed is mapped, however, you are suggesting that it is NOT mapped. If there was a screenshot from your side to show nothing is mapped, we surely would be able to verify the issue if it is a UI or system issue. We definitely look forward to assisting, but with limited info, we are surely not in the same page. If it is possible, please help follow-up with more info and detailing.

I have tried several other apps before this one for inventory uploads with no success. However, this app is painless. Very simple to setup and keep automatically feeding information. Support is responsive and knows the app inside and out. I have been extremely pleased with their service and the product.

Wir nutzen die App seit Jahren. Für uns sehr wichtig um Produkte zu Updaten. Der Kundenservice hilft sofort bei Fragen. Ein paar mehr Optionen für Metafelder und Bilder wären super, sonst tut die App was sie soll!

tokerstudios.us Works really well, pretty easy to set up, first store I put it on only has 15 products, but their fast-selling items and I didn't want to have to worry about the stock. The next store has lots of products and I will be setting this app us for it too. very cheap and automated, can't beat it. well done Stock Sync.

Very good app, help to solve a lot of inventory problems. One suggestion is that you guys need to have "oopsie" button features on all tasks. Other than that nothing to complain.
