Die App funktioniert grundsätzlich. Wenn etwas nicht geht, hat es ein kompetenter Support dahinter. Nervend ist am Anfang der Chatbot. Dieser versucht mittels KI das Problem zu lösen. Jedoch funktioniert dies nur in den wenigsten Fällen. Der Support schaltet sich aber schnell ein und ist sehr gut!

Absolutely Outstanding! HANA and the entire Syncstock team have provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We use so many apps on Shopify, but honestly, nothing comes close to Syncstock — both in functionality and in the way they treat their customers. They go above and beyond to make sure everything we need is perfectly in place and to make our lives easier.
