Been using this app for a couple years and it helps keep my inventory fresh. Support is great and they will help you setup your price file so that it's automatic. Worth every penny.

Great app that is super versatile in how it can accept and perform stock updates. Massive time saver and the support is great. I feel there is something missing however - We receive stock updates from our suppliers. We have the feeds set to put an item out of stock if there is no match as sometimes suppliers just leave a SKU off the list if it's out of stock or discontinued. I think there's currently too much potential for an automatic feed to go wrong if a supplier changes something on their file which causes the matching to fail. Ideally the app would hold off on doing something stupid - like putting all items in a feed out of stock - and send a notification to check it first. Currently this doesn't exist so we're having to check the feeds manually. I've raised this with the devs and hopefully they can implement something to solve what I think is missing functionality in an app like this. RESPONSE TO DEVELOPER REPLY: No that doesn't address the issue. If either of those options are chosen and the supplier changes their file format and columns are not matched, Stock Sync will put all items in that feed out of stock. I've reached out to you about it again and hope you can implement a mechanism to stop this from happening. UPDATE Nov 2021: Updated from 4 to 5 stars. The Stock Sync team has implemented a halt to the update if more than 80% of products in a feed would be set to 0. Along with a warning email to let you know. Now we no longer have to baby sit our stock updates hoping our suppliers didn't mess with the columns of their spreadsheet without telling us. Perfect!

The best app to use for your inventory updates. Since all of the California port stuff I was struggling with inventory updates. Not anymore Stock Sync now is dealing with it for an affordable price!

This app has saved us hours and hours of work every day. Its really the best app to sync inventory among two stores and sync inventory across market places. The customer service is great, if you cant get things right in first go, just contact them and they will help you with that.

Very good app, help to solve a lot of inventory problems. One suggestion is that you guys need to have "oopsie" button features on all tasks. Other than that nothing to complain.

I have been using the application for the few months now and despite I am an inexperienced in CSV files and technology I have managed to connect the stock with my suppliers and everything is working well. I use CSV updates and even those the CSV field mapping does look scary to start, but it is not so difficult once you understand it, with a help of YouTube tutorials, clear written instructions and the support team which always gets back with good explanation and help. The app saves me lots of money and time, as I don't need to use expensive platforms to pull the products to my store. Using this application, I can say with a confidence that it was the right choice for my business, and I am actually looking forward to learning all the features of this application, A*****!!!

Really nice App! You can sinc many things in difrent ways: product stock, price, offers, etc. Setup a cron job and use it with Google Sheets for exmple or XML in "real time". Very happy with solution and support!

FTP inventory update feature is awesome! It can be set to automatically update on a given day/time. Saves me from manually adding files!
