syncX Stock Sync Inventory CSV

Just what we have been looking for. Any teething issues- like requirement to have an IP address for a SFTP feed were dealt with fast. Running 6 feeds with stock crossovers and no issues showing maximum stock available. Added a few items we had not listed easily.

Stock Sync just blew my mind for such easy config and implement. I have successfully done two different stock feeds - email and SFTP. All smooth and quick. The next one will try Rest/API. This is a brilliant app, don't miss it out.

Has been the best app I have found to be able to setup data syncing from our suppliers to our store. Support have been great and is simple to use.

The system is overall easy enough to figure out. But to use it efficiently their customer service is always good with responses. Although they are good at responding to emails technical info sometimes does not translate well, so I suggest setting up a virtual call with their tech team who will walk you through the whole process.

Does exactly what it's advertised to do! We use this to sync our inventory numbers on a daily basis and works great. The customer support replies very quickly and has a great understanding of the in's and out's of the sync. Great app!

Took a while to get syncing to work but once I figured it out, this app is perfect! Can now upload inventory, prices and so much more when needed. So flexible, so many options to make life easier, automatic syncing available. This app is perfect!

A great app that really helped us sync inventory. We take customer service very seriously, so any app that can provide support quickly, and thoroughly are always apps worth keeping! We reached out to the app support team before purchasing to get some questions answered, and they replied back quickly, and thoroughly by explaining the features, and providing excellent support. They made us comfortable trusting them and removed any hesitations we had. It was incredibly easy to use, and they have multiple file formats you can integrate with, and multiple sync options. I have used multiple apps for product import & inventory sync. Stock Sync is the best one so far. I have more than 10,000 items. I couldn't really set up import & sync by myself with ease. The support team is fantastic, they help me set up everything, it is working as expected. Thank you!

Great APP with responsive customer support. A lots of options to adjust/modify the feed to your needs. If you can't figure out how to do it - just ask a support team...

Been using this app for a couple years and it helps keep my inventory fresh. Support is great and they will help you setup your price file so that it's automatic. Worth every penny.

Great app that is super versatile in how it can accept and perform stock updates. Massive time saver and the support is great. I feel there is something missing however - We receive stock updates from our suppliers. We have the feeds set to put an item out of stock if there is no match as sometimes suppliers just leave a SKU off the list if it's out of stock or discontinued. I think there's currently too much potential for an automatic feed to go wrong if a supplier changes something on their file which causes the matching to fail. Ideally the app would hold off on doing something stupid - like putting all items in a feed out of stock - and send a notification to check it first. Currently this doesn't exist so we're having to check the feeds manually. I've raised this with the devs and hopefully they can implement something to solve what I think is missing functionality in an app like this. RESPONSE TO DEVELOPER REPLY: No that doesn't address the issue. If either of those options are chosen and the supplier changes their file format and columns are not matched, Stock Sync will put all items in that feed out of stock. I've reached out to you about it again and hope you can implement a mechanism to stop this from happening. UPDATE Nov 2021: Updated from 4 to 5 stars. The Stock Sync team has implemented a halt to the update if more than 80% of products in a feed would be set to 0. Along with a warning email to let you know. Now we no longer have to baby sit our stock updates hoping our suppliers didn't mess with the columns of their spreadsheet without telling us. Perfect!
