Stock Sync is an awesome inventory management app. We were able to connect it with our ERP system seamlessly and update inventory every half hour. If there ever is an issue (which is not often), we email support and they get back to us so quickly and they're SO helpful. Highly recommend!

They have been very responsive and helpful, even to customizations. I had one issue with updates being queued for an extender period, but that was not their fault. AWS was down that day, and affected anyone who uses it. Even still, they were responsive and helpful in getting it back up and running. Highly recommended!

We couldn't run our website without StockSync. We're managing a number of feeds from vendors, all with various levels of sophistication, from a REST API to a manual upload of a CSV file. Like many, our industry has had historical disruptions to its supply chain in 2020. Using StockSync to adjust quantity rules, increase the frequency of feed updates and adding/removing products in a timely fashion has been key to navigating these uncertain times. Inventory mostly takes care of itself so we can focus on more pressing matters. Support has always been quick to respond and helpful.

This app allows me to keep my inventory updated automatically, which is a massive time saver. Support is quick and very helpful, I would recommend to any store wanting to save time and maintain accurate inventory levels.

This Stock Sync app is a total game changer. Super useful and saves me SO much time. The support team (particularly Raj) always provides incredibly helpful support and answers within 24 hours when I have any problems.

Stock Sync is a great tool; it makes trivial work of what is a complicated process. It's great that it has so many options to obtain and extract sources of inventory - whether that's from files sent in an email to SFTP type processes. If you're tired of manually maintaining your inventory try this app!

This is a great app. We have to sync store and online stocks and it's prfect for that. You just have to set it up once and then is done. Update stock. We are loving it and our costumers too since they can see where then can collect the products. We recommend it.

It was a great app and had been using it consistently for several years, until some recent changes made by their Dev team. Customer support was responsive and addressed my concerns and made the alterations that we required. This has been one of the best Apps which we have added to our store. Great customer service, quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. Their fantastic support team solved all of my issues within hours. Would highly recommend the Stock Sync app for keeping an independent POS system at a bricks and mortar store in sync with the quantities on your Shopify website. Keep up the good work guys!

Lovely app that saves a ton of time!!! Using it to sync stocks from a spreadsheet to my store, it does it automatically just providing SKU & Quantity column.

Since we are mainly a brick and mortar store with an independent POS system, Stock Sync does a great job of helping keep our website quantities up to date. And, it is SO easy to set up and use.

This app really works well. If you need to import stock and then keep the feed updated, this is the app for you. It fits seamless with shopify stores which is important and enables you to control a lot of features. Raj and his team offer a very timely and professional service.
