syncX: Stock Sync & Inventory

We use stock-sync across several stores to bulk import new products and run overnight updates including inventory, price, deactivation and information updates from our legacy accounting system and ftp drive. Stock Sync is the back bone of my business. Directtoolsource.com we have daily/hourly feeds that pull data from multiple sources to keep our 29k SKU inventory numbers correct across all selling platforms. The hours needed to facilitate what Stock Sync does for me saved exponential payroll and a monotonous task of updating. Also we have added feeds to allow for catalog expansion and reductions, product pricing changes can be made in meir seconds, along with packaging and weight data to allow for proper shipping calculations in other softwares. All around the best bang for the buck! 10 stars if we could! Keep up the hard work

We needed something to pull stock data from an FTP server on a regular basis and this app not only the easiest to set up but it remains to be the most reliable, affordable, accurate option available. I use Stock Sync to keep track of inventory in 4 stores. In our case, very easy to set up. and works flawlessly. The one time we encountered an error (not due to Stock Sync) the support staff was very quick to help to isolate the issue.

Takes a bit of trial and error to get set up, but once set up it works flawlessly, highly recommend. I use Stock Sync to update my inventory quantities from multiple vendors daily, it saves me a a lot of time. Can also be used to import new product to your store.

Setup of most feeds was straight forward and where help was required, support were on top of it and solved them quickly. We would highly recommend this app.

Great app. Works intuitively. Synchronization intervals were a bit long for our liking, but support were more than happy to create custom syncing intervals for us.

Works perfectly. We used to have a problem with syncronization because of how our file was internally generated, but the Stock Sync's staff (especially Jor!) were really helpful and they patiently managed to find the best possible solution for us!
