Most Useful App I have installed for my business - i stock thousands of rugs in many sizes, common in the industry not all are always available instead of letting customers down - i know have it auto sync inventory units from the suppliers via drop box every day. absolute game changer. struggled with one feed but Jor was top class in setting it up for me. 5 stars and recommend to everyone. some may think apps that do all the glam stuff are more important but for me having correct stock levels is a game changer. I fail to see how anyone can give this app less than 5 stars??? it promises to sync you stock..and does so via any medium you could wish for! job done.

Wish I had learnt this app a long time ago. I've been download and uploading Shopify files for too long. Stock Sync is life changing.

Customer service is phenomenal. All of my questions were answered quickly. If a solution was not straightforward on my end they were able to help resolve the issue on their side.

This app takes a little getting used to and support gets back to you later in the evening. However, beyond these issues the app does what it should at a reasonable price. This app has been one of the most solid apps in the app store. It can be used to create bundled/kitted products, run an inventory system built on a database instead of paying thousands a month for a so so IMS system like orderhive or cin7 which will promise you a ton of development take your money and then keep your money and never deliver a finished product.

La App funciona bien, pero todos los años tengo el mismo problema con la renovación ya que a pesar de que me dicen que Shopify gestiona que se renueve de forma automática, no es cierto y me quedo colgado ya que debo ponerme en contacto con ellos para solucionar el problema y que vuelvan a reactivar la App. Todo esto nos crea en nuestra pagina web un grandísimo trastorno ya que durante muchas horas nuestros artículos están desfasados tanto en precios como en stock.

We use stock-sync across several stores to bulk import new products and run overnight updates including inventory, price, deactivation and information updates from our legacy accounting system and ftp drive. Stock Sync is the back bone of my business. Directtoolsource.com we have daily/hourly feeds that pull data from multiple sources to keep our 29k SKU inventory numbers correct across all selling platforms. The hours needed to facilitate what Stock Sync does for me saved exponential payroll and a monotonous task of updating. Also we have added feeds to allow for catalog expansion and reductions, product pricing changes can be made in meir seconds, along with packaging and weight data to allow for proper shipping calculations in other softwares. We needed something to pull stock data from an FTP server on a regular basis and this app not only the easiest to set up but it remains to be the most reliable, affordable, accurate option available.
