I started using Stock Sync in 2013 when we relaunched our store www.libelula-vesela.ro on Shopify platform. Since then we had no major issues and, if any, they were solved instantly. You can have almost any kind of information sources and Stock Sync will deal with it. The type of information you can update and the various rules created in order to deal with is more than enough for me to perform manual and/or automatic updates. As we are growing pretty fast we can only appreciate the gradual and fair pricing policy of Stock Sync. So, i strongly recommend Stock Sync for any shop who wants to keep in line with its suppliers stock information.

I am very satisfied with this plugin for shopify. I am using for keeping ebay listings in sync with shopify and application is doing a great job to accomplish this goal. Excellent customer support - Jor worked with me closely through many issues I was having originally and even deployed a patch to resolve the issues on the fly. All i can say they are incredible and listen to users needs and take it very seriously. I am glad that I chose this application over many other out there that didn't meet my needs. Price is very affordable as well! I give this application 5+ star and look forward helping to make small improvements that would make it best plugin out there to keep your inventory in sync.

Perfect App with the Best Support! **Keep reading to see why** At first I was having trouble syncing the app with my supplier's inventory files and the support team was quick to respond and help guide me through the issues. The best part was when I asked if there was a way for me to round the price to .99 instead of .00. The reply for Stock Sync was one of a kind! I was told unfortunately this feature is unavailable, but they would ADD this option because of my request! I wish more services operated the way the team at Stock Sync does. I highly recommend these guys!

Excellent customer service and awesome app! This is the only affordable app I could find that will update stock via barcode, and I received fantastic, prompt service each time I reached out with questions. Very happy! :)

This app fulfills a need that some shops may have and essentially allows easy integration with other forms of stock updates - saving potentially hours of work a day. Fairly priced for what it does, and service staff helped resolve an issue we had without any problems at all.

An absolutely awesome app, suits our website https://envelopekings.co.uk/ to a tee! where we can use our suppliers api for both stock syncing and pricing, so when stocks are adjusted and prices increase, this app will allow you to set up both syncing and pricing from our suppliers api automatically, set up once you can leave it alone. Excellent support also, if you do not know or fear messing up the set up, their support will do it for you.

Stock sync allows batch updates to our online store that would otherwise take days if done manually - due to a large product inventory. It saves a lot of time and when it works well, it is a dream! And, excellent customer support is provided if you encounter any difficulties. Thanks Stock-Sync!

This App is like another employee - and a good one! We continuously update our inventory because we have multiple shops, warehouses, thousands of SKUs, volatile production output, and a general mild headache :) Stock Sync is our one-stop-shop solution to AUTOMATICALLY keeping everything up to date, making sure our customers always see the right picture. We've been using Stock Sync for 8 months. It was quick and easy to set up. We had minor issues using it in the beginning. But, it turned out those issues were on our side. The support for this product is second to none. Quick, dependable, and always courteous. They care about their customers, appreciate feedback, and are constantly looking for ways to improve the product. Since we began using Stock Sync, we have seen continued innovation and improvement in performance. How many hours a day are you spending updating inventory? If it is as little as one hour a day, and you pay someone $15/hour to do the task, your return on investment happens in 3.3 days at the highest pricing level. If you are still updating inventory with spreadsheets, this product is a no-brainer. UPDATE: I originally posted the above review in September 2016. It is now April 2019. Pricing plans have changed. But, the quality of service has not. When you're running a business, consistency is important. Raj and Jor are consistently professional, courteous, and efficient. Close to 3 years later. That level of dependability is rare. Do not hesitate to try their products. They'll be there to support you.
