Stock Sync has worked great for everything I need. I have been using it on the free plan for several months now. Since I’m on the free plan, I manually sync my feed every morning. My feed processing is set up to filter for the products I want to sync and looks for certain fields to then update as-is or apply a formula. I’ve never had the sync do something wrong with the feed products - or the products already on my site. Also, the support is fantastic. I misunderstood how to use a specific feature of the app and reached out to support. They replied immediately and walked me through how to use that feature. I highly recommend this app!

The team at SyncX have been incredibly helpful and are quick to respond when you have any questions. The app is great for setting up multiple connections in a variety of methods. It's helped us connect our suppliers inventory to our own allowing us to better serve our customers.

I am rewriting my review because the team has been very helpful at solving my problem. Although at this moment is not completely solved yet they are still working on it and been very patient with me as well (I took longer to reply to their email) I strongly recommend it! They have a great support team and will work with you. I bought their yearly subscription
Our team is helping you import the data to Shopify. The API provided is a SOAP web service connection, which has 55 endpoints. I hope you can understand that our team needs time to understand and test out the API.

Super easy to use and when I needed some help with something that I was not quite understanding how to get it to do what I wanted they helped straight away with simple and clear instructions including screen shots of where to go. Great App! Saves me hours of time.

Stock Sync is by far the best app I’ve used for inventory synchronization on Shopify. It’s simple, reliable, and does exactly what it promises. But what really makes it stand out is the customer service — the support team is extremely polite, helpful, and always responds quickly. They’re ready to assist with any issue to make sure everything works smoothly and no difficulties arise. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication. Highly recommended!
