Needed help on changing the widget default color theme as it was over-riding the template theme. Reached out to their contact team through chat and Stella was quick to respond and fix the issue right away in under 10 minutes. That is a very quick, good and considerate customer service and I am very happy using Subi app in my Shopify store.

Accommodating, patient, consistent. My schedule delayed the completion of my request over many days; Grace, Nilou and Dela made sure to check in with me to ensure my needs were being met and adjusted to meet my requests. Solution oriented, friendly, without being pushy.

Es gab einige Problem was die Sprachen-Einstellungen betraf. Das hat der Support dann aber gelöst und auch die Anpassungen am Theme durch Miles waren schnell erledigt.
